App wont open, unfortunately cayla EN-UK has stop working. Doll useless with out this app, and this app cost 4euro )))) This christmas present made sad my daughter. Disappointed!
My bluetooth is connected I can hear my tab sounds in my doll but app says no bluetooth connected. Please help me or refund me my money. I have princess cayla and her app is not available in my country please help me.
Same problem. Bluetooh is connected but the app keeps on saying pls connect. Basically the doll is working as headphones only and I have a very upset toddler to dealt with. Can someone please tell me what to do?
So I spent $60 on a doll that only works with an app I also have to pay for but the app won't connect with the doll!!!!! This is crap
My doll answer and ever thing
Open Cayla doll a week before Christmas to set her up, batteries, download the app which cost me nearly 5€ as i live outside of the UK!!!!! And to get her ready for the 25th Dec when my 5yr old daughter opened her present, the app froze, couldn't be used, until 31st of Dec, thank god my daughter had other toys to play with, now she is up and running she's crap, only plays one game, doesn't understand anything that's being said to her, wish I'd never wasted the money to be honest.
UPDATE BUG ISSUE FIXED SEEMS OK NOW...Cayla app wont open...it says...Unfortunately Cayla EN-UK has stopped working??? Not happy! got two very upset 5yr olds on Christmas day
Ok, to everyone who got the same thing we did, where the application does not come on but crashes. this is what i did to get it working. do this exactly or it will seem as it crashes again but it isnt, its just not seeing the doll on bluetooth yet. step 1) turn on tablet turn bluetooth on, 2) turn cayla on wait for bluetooth to "see cayla" in the list of bluetooth, and wait for them to connect together. then and only then will the application open, in no matter what country you are in. i am in U.S.A and it works for us, i truly hope that this helps everyone out!
Installed this application fee weeks ago to try it and it worked but only 1 story and 1 game and the doll was not responding any questions or talking at all. Now on the day when we gave her the present the application didn't open at all and the doll is useless without it. It's a shame for an expensive doll like this. See reviews on Amazon too to see all bad review on this doll, I want a refund
it seems that the application on googleplay failed everyone on xmas day. A shame, it had to be a surprise to our daughter...the surprise was it did nt work. We re dealing with children emotions here. Whether its the fault of toyquest or google play, I dong know. Fortunately, my wife has an i phone and the application was downloaded in no time and worked brilliantly (though its not free as written on the instructions)
This was a Christmas present and the paid app we downloaded is a DUD!!! Someone isn't doing their job if the app that's makes the doll what it is doesn't work. At the moment it is just an expensive plastic doll. Not impressed, this problem i hope will be rectified quickly or you will have allot of very annoyed customers on your hands.

This app is full of crap i cant believe i paid $65 for the doll and $5 for the app and the app is wrong saying it cant download it gives u options on how to reset but my ipad it updated so i dont no why this app wont download im very angry and google cant help smh..10xs on christmass day im very angry and so is my family but i will be returning her to the store asap 2mm

If I could give a zero star I would this doll and app are trash! A waste of my money! Not to mention my daughter is the only one who didn't have anything to play with on Christmas, all the app did was freeze and the doll does not understand anything. If I still had the packaging I would have taken it back!
