It's a good thing this tool is free. Because it is useless. First I have tried with SSH. The description is non-existant as the author assumes only he will use it. Anonymous connect? Nope. That is for FTP. The secure means SSH and not FTP over SSL. Anyway, it won't connect. Okay. Maybe FTP will work. After all it is more basic. Still, I get a connection. And the result is an empty folder and not the emulated SD card. A waste of time.
There is a great bug in this app. When connecting through sftp, when you stop the server the connection is still active. You can delete data even though the app says it is stopped.
Not updated in 3 years. Doesn't provide access to external SD card through PC (via FTP server functionality provided in the app).
Ok. Figured out my transfer problem. I had my FTP program throttled. But standard FTP. Still does not seem to work. But at least SFTP worksnow.
It does what it says but you need to know what you're doing; this isn't a "point and shoot" app

Doesn't work. Tried all the FTP addresses it lists. Further, this app is falsely named. There .is. an app called My FTP Server, but this isn't it, and, as soon as you open it, it says its name is "Magic FTP."
I can't help but wonder what is everyone so unhappy about. The app is pretty straightforward. I had no trouble to use it. But I only used it to start a ftp server. That is all I wanted. I was able to access my sd card without any problem contrary to what some people complained about. Maybe there was a compability issue? Well, for now, I will give it 5 stars. I may change my review uppon encountering problems
