I used to think this app was great and then every single visit summary i had was all wiped out by my pregnancy document - a 100 page document that is totally irrelevant now. My entire history POOF gone. And im on my way to court so now i have to drive around and get things on a disk. Idk if its the app or a glitch in Genesis but its a pretty big thing to mess up so badly. Otherwise, its great to see test results and other items u forget about from ur appt.
Can't send a message once written. You might as well use your internet browser, since it will only open a portal to go to the site through it anyways.
It used to be so easy to use, now it won't let me send a message. It was never a problem before. Hope they see this and the glitch is fixed.
Something needs to be done with this app I can't even get to a login screen. It just stays white with the Genesis emblem in the middle of the screen
This app was recently upgraded and is so easy to use! So intuitive and great for seeing my own record, asking for med refills, and communicating with my physician.
Its not working. Keeps saying dont recognize my email or username. But its the same one i use when i do my portal on the computer.
Don't even see where I can register for app use. Seems like they would offer new user sign up option but nope. 👎
Username and password doesn't exist or isn't recognized and called customer service with no help given 🙄
easy and convenient
So false this app is not worth paying for anything
This used to be a very useful app. Now it just ports you out to a web page. The app hasn't been updated since 2019, so I don't know how it changed. I know it is actually an app on iOS, but on Android, it seems to no longer be an actual app. Just a gateway to their patient portal on the web. Can someone explain why? Also, the developer email is not a recognized email address. I received a bounced message response from the email server stating unknown user. This seems to be the only way someone "might" see there is an issue on Android.
