Fix the app. If you select a tab, complete the details, take a picture, it again erases a contents of a tab, and again asks to take a picture and this goes around in circles. The app has problems that needs to be addressed. I have tried using the app many times, the same problem occurs.

No point in this app. Raised a co concern and within seconds i received sms that issue is resolved. They just close the issue without resolving. I reopened 5 times and every time in seconds its closed. No escalation team either.

Always it shows server is busy or high rate in use... When it can't handle the user or load what's the purpose of this app....why don't they start survey one or two years before elections such that everyone can vote... Every one say that vote is our right..when we are unable to access the vote.or..to use our right...then it is waste of promoting vote.... once in a five year is becoming never in a Life....my no is missing ...it is unavailable there....iam thinking that does I get a chance to vote in my life... always my no is missing...so please election commission wake up ....and solve the problems....

Installed the app and it worked fantastically for a week and after week, it's not even working and popping up an error as "Server not responding". Complaint the same to Customer Care and received very poor response. I can change the rating still someone will look into this issue. Thanks.

App is not so user friendly. I mostly use issue reporting module, however issues cannot be sorted. There should be provision for the user to sort the issues based on date, type of issue, solved, closed etc. Here consolidation doesn't help. Second point - inside an issue the comments are not sorted based on date of action, they appears randomly, there should be a provision to the user to sort the comments based on date, user updates, comments from authority etc. Thanks

Not at all working the old version was much better than this kindly fix the bug or degrade it to the older version where we can find all the details by just having DOB but here it is at all working it is asking for the acknowledgment number and when we are putting that acknowledgement number it is not allowing the characters in it which very annoying and again we have to re start the process and again the same story goes on, so this upgraded version is totally useless kindly fix the bug and issues in the new version or degrade the same to the old version

This updated version is not at all working and when putting application, registration etc numbers and mobile number too it says no data found. Older version was very good we can get all the details just entering DOB. Please fix it to previous version. Thank you

Interface and thought behind looks good in coming up with this app. But the actual purpose is not getting implemented. Raised a greviance but it was closed without taking any action. Reopened it but no result. Given contact number not responding. I wonder even if there is anyone who cares about this feedback except for our self satisfaction like you discuss with a wall when you cannot do anything else. GHMC make this a workable platform not a dummy one as it is looking right now.

This application is not at all working properly. Last year paid house tax receipts are not available. Also when I select "receipts" option, system is showing blank page with a heading as "elections". This is very pathetic application.

It is a very good initiative. But should increase the performance of the app. Installed app and during the process of registering I was waiting for OTP from ghmc end the timeout for OTP was set to 20secs for the first time and thereafter for only 10 secs. I never received OTP then I uninstalled app and then while I was writing this review after about 10 mins I received OTPs

Very confusing and contents doesn't adjust to the screen size. Very primitive app like experience. No way they would have tested user friendliness. Very disappointed to see a app like this for a IT city like Hyderabad.

I am a regular user , since last month I am facing difficulty to log greivance after update. ( ver3.3.1) . It never allows me to submit as it fails to upload picture and in same time subject menu gets reset from our selection. This was on my Redmi note device . I tried to uninstall and reinstall in diffrent models it's the same issue. This is happening since last month. I request dev to rectify the issue ASAP.

Worst app. It doesnt have the options for many problems, such as speed brakers, lifting soil after constructing new road, to report quality of the roads after construction and many more. And further, the complaints are simply closed without solving. Useless junk..

Does anyone work for this app? Why dont the Government of Telangana setup an IT team for all the Government applications on Play Store? Most of the applications domt work properly or have poor UI/UX. This app is just showing an image of Buddha and Charminar. It's not showing anything more than that! If anyone is looking on the reviews, do give me your email id. I will send the screenshot.

Worst app ever. No issue has been resolved. Keeping in progress for many days and after some days without resolving issue, showing as issue resolved. I don't know why government developed this app when cannot resolve any issues and can't take any action on grievances...

There is a campaign on enrollment for electoral as "Are you empowered ... Know your nearest camp through Near me option". But whenever I try to find my nearest enrollment camp to get new updated voter card, I get the message that "data not available". Since there is no option to attach a screenshot, I can not attach the message screenshot to this feedback.

I have registered my first complaint on the app and I am surprised to see that the service was provided within 24 hrs of time.Thanks to the entire team for this great service initiative to address public issues.Hope to see this kind of services being continued further and improved a lot more. The updated version is a headache. You've to enter the mobile number and OTP all the time and it doesn't go further if you don't have the acknowledgement/receipt number. Please change it back to previous version or remove this unnecessary and time consuming process.

does not work. always prompts a message to update the application inspite of updating it already. the app does not send the OTP code or sends it very late almost after 15-20 mins which makes it useless. OTP should be sent instantly to mobile.

I have raised a concern about garbage dump infront of my house. As soon as I raised it, a person was assigned to the complaint, but after that nothing happened. Everytime I used to call the person, they ask us to send complete address and no cares about it after that. Sheer waste of time downloading this app.

Once I post a complaint, I am not allowed to add further comments or details. Whenever, I try it says "server not responding, inconvenience is regretted". I have stable internet connection and have tried multiple times from different stable internet connections, but still same error. It looks a deliberate attempt to stop people from further commenting, providing details and following up on complains. If this true, what a shameless behavior. If course, no action taken on complaints so far.

Sir, please add the feature to download property tax bills of at least last two years. This will help us. Please introduce MPin and please stop otp system. Getting otp to check property tax dues is cumbersome. Thanks sir
