This app is so amazing I love how it's so easy and helps give you reminders on when to take your meds and when you get them refilled

This app is amazing! It remembers your refills, offers reminders for taking your meds (multiple times, if needed)daily, a shopping list, reminders to order your meds & you set the time frame in between & more. The unfortunate part for me is that the COVID-19 area is unreadable on my phone. I don't know if it's just my phone or that part of the app itself. I would offer to be able to add prescriptions from all 3 refill options on 1 send. Otherwise, I love this app!! Try it! Thanx GNP!! 🌟😊🌟

Not very user friendly. I can't see my prescription history. If I don't have the prescription number on hand I can't look up information. Would like to see this app more useful like the CVS app.

I used this app satisfactorily for along time, but after upgrades to my phone it no longer functions. In fact, it appears briefly then disappears. I have tried deleting and reinstslling to no avail. Help! Nothing else works as this app did, and i NEED it.

People here are very helpful and don't question what the doctor prescribes you.. I would recommend them to anyone.

Much too limited. Much harder to use than website no benefit to use it. You must re-enter all information for EACH Rx. Over and over again. Update 9/3/20 The quick refill NEVER worked with any Rx I had to start over and enter everything again! Bar code scanner never works. But if you use the website it takes less than a minute to refill ALL Rx. So there is ZERO benefit to this app until it works at least as well as the website!

I absolutely LOVED this app I used it for like a year then all of a sudden I can't get it to work? I have emailed and tried to get an explanation but no response. I hate to delete it because it has ALL of my info on it but I guess I will try to reinstall? Its been giving me a pic of Like an ad and won't do anything else for months now!!

Everything was working ok until recently, I do like refilling on the app, but all the other buttons are not responding when I click them. Now I'm getting reminders I didn't sign up for, and I'm unable to update or delete my meds on my med list. Please fix this!

No issues at all for me with this App. No problems at all with any of the buttons and text as some have reported. Perhaps that is phone specific, but everything works as expected for me.

Please add "other" in the options for picking up your. Medicines, otherwise I ❤ this app. I use it for all of my prescriptions every month. I don't have to worry about forgetting to order my refills and when I get off work I stop by and pick up my medicine and go home. Thank you to everyone who helped make this app.

While this app is ok. It does not give me the ability to order refills on meds that come in boxes that are discarded such as creams or inhalers. Those have to be called in. Sometimes refills don't go through until the next day or get lost in the system. The patient should not have to add the prescription. Once the pharmacist fills it, the prescription and all refills, should be updated where the patient only has to check what they need when they need it. Make it easy!!

Would be nice to be able to look up a price or a med on here. You can only look at your prescriptions you have had filled there. Not much help otherwise. Not secure no log-in but you enter your prescriptions.

Only some of the links work. There's isn't any place to enter new insurance information. The ONLY feature that works is listing prescriptions and requesting refills. Not a fan of this app.
