Worked for the first 2 weeks, then you have to pay. Doesn't this program make enough money from all the ads already???? There are other options on the playstore that don't require you to pay. 2 stars for 2 weeks
informative n keeps u focused on ur game plan. please add Gvt , Bvt, Hrt workouts n if possible release a free full version.

Really good app but THOSE pop ups, DUMB.
Very useful in the gym and as a trainer myself.
If you want the full programme: you have to pay. It also prompts the user to install the same app with a different name and colours: very irritating to say the least
Great app! Got me out of the house and into the gym. Seeing great results, and only 2 weeks in. I'll definitely buy the pro full version.

This app is nice because going to the gym isn't a problem, deciding what to do is. Only thing I would like to see is an auto fill from last weeks reps and weight if the exercises are the same. Maybe do a highlighted auto fill so it can show me what I did last week and I can decide how much I want to add based on what I previously did. That would be great!
Best app for you I guess. Except for they need updating 2 times a week. That's why 4/5
