Good app but an option to change my password during registration will be good idea rather than changing once u have starting using the app. the appearence is not that visually attractive but overall I can easily navigate
Something is seriously wrong with this app. Worked only once or twice. Everytime I try to login keeps on saying time has expired need to login again and send me to the login page. Please fix it.
Please, i would love to use this up very well as it simplify so many things, but for now it's still very complicated in use it lacks so many things, Such as log in expire Everytime, it doesn't show MBs, air times and so many, To me it doesn't even show bindles. So plz work hard on it and we are here to use it Thank you.
I have used their services for four years now...but I rate it only one star because of this app is not working at all....plus their affordable bundles have changed there's no difference with other networks..You keep on saying you have the best bundles with affordable price but it's nothing. For 5000Tshs I used to get GB per week and now I get only 2.2 GB per week. Are you serious mf
Well this app used to be nicer earlier on with the spinning game "lucky shake" when it actually worked as its called but now its just BS.. how can one get the same result of missing out "Good luck" consistently five times a day and everyday. How can you call a game "Lucky shake" and there's no actual luck in it.. I say that's definitely a load of BS.. SO ONE STAR FOR ME!!! FIX IT.
The app is only useful when it works atleast for my requirements.But there is a persistent issues where when you login brings"MUDA UMEISHA KWENYE UKURASA HUU" then logs you out, after this you cannot do anything I tried re-installing the App and even tried clearing cache and data but no veil.
app is user friendly, but needs more information regarding registered bundles like load date and end date. Update. Useless app, login, session expired, login, session expired. Doesn't show available data.
Ooh no! Why one star? Because this was so nice at past but nowadays it have been working badly and in the features found inside it most are not working such as shake and win is not working good every time when i shake my phone in different styles i fall into a goodluck section five times a day. It must be built a again so as customers may benefit
Halotel customers have to be rich. ...what a bad price for airtime, NO even promotion for Internet bundles especially in range of months compared to others (voda)......it is becoming very expensive to buy monthly airtime to all network service providers in airtel compared to others ( airtel and Tigo ) I think if they are going to improve in either cases. .they gonna be the best But also still network problem is high though I am living in Dar es Salaam at a place with many settlers
Ca not recharge from scratch card. Some bundles missing. Require log out and lognin to update account info such as remaining data. Pretty useless if you install it for managing a router with a halotel sim card
NO STAR FOR YOU! .......... PURE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!, No matter how patient you try to be with the app and again we as customers accepting the imperfection and still using the app but nobody even bothers to correct or adjust few configurations so we can use the App without being loged out unwillingly, or not beunf able to use the app at all. Your app is whack! it crashes immediately after loging in. You dont deserve a star! Lucky for you I couldnt post this without giving that star.
Please remove login feature. The app is mainly for looking bundle balance and to buy. Login feature has ruined the app cause it doesn't work 90% of time. Please remove it, we'll use our own app locks. Thank you for listening.
The app has stopped working for a while now.. The App is still on Version 1.0 i wonder! It has been on that version since 2018 with no Updates it Lags and The Lucky Shake doesn't work Anymore
It is difficult to buy internet bundles using this app. unless you have strong network connection. If you dont have network conection or is weak connection, this app doesnt work
Bad app ever Worked perfectly earlier and worst each day, consumes data and time. No chance to win at all rather than in being.
Challenging to log in. Then when you log in it says system busy try again later. I would say I am only successful about 10% or less of the time for it to work.
I just downloaded the app and got sign in. As soon as I try to sign in the msg pops up "your session has expired"? For me first impression tells it all. Thumbs down :(
It is more than good and very helpful for when there is urgent issues and no other alternative. All in all it is enjoyfully
your app is good but it annoys me mostly when i try to log in and the "network busy try again later" it does this most of the time.
Its has become horrible...i tried to login several time and it keeps display "This session has expired please login again",😡😡😡
Great application,it help me to check out all of my activity concern's halotel,.. keep it updated so that it can take almost all the customer's desire including uni-offer.

Password doesn't recognize. Even I get new password via OTP and entered, the app doesn't access.
This app is so cool and useful to me. And helpful. It help me several times and its so easy to use. I absolutely love this up. Big up.
One or two stars at best. The app is extremely buggy!!! Only useful if you want the odd free 20-100mb of data or 10min free calls or free sms...which all only last a day. Other than that, it needs a lot of work.
