My harman/kardon Headphones

All the HK apps are a great example of why software engineers and audio engineers aren't the same thing. The headphones are world class, this app is dirt class. When it works it only just manages to do what it should, but that is only when it works, which is infrequently.

Wish there were more EQ preset options. I'm not a sound engineer, sonfiguring out specifically which frequencies to increase or decrease to get the desired sounds. The presets are "Off", "Jazz", "Vocal", and "Bass" with thr option to create your own eq presets. Most radios orbsound systems I've used include a "Classical", "Pop", "Rock", "Normal", "Cinema/Movie", "Gaming" presets. I guess I'll have to cross-reference and try to replicate as best I can.

App won't open. I have tried on two separate phones. I just bought a pair of fly ear pods. A lot of money just to find the App doesn't work. I'm not impressed 😕.

App works on newer devices but not much pre 2018, older models get black screen and app won't work, changed my phone and app works now

Harman though I have a soft corner for you guys that's why I went for fly tws as they launched in India ,but you have to improv. on your app settings or I,ll have to return these wonderful pair. The firmware doesn't update properly hence getting many glitches in connection and lags in music. They doesn't show the battery status of buds or case separately thus creating confusion. After resetting them,it was a huge task to again connect them with my phone i.e Samsung s9 . There are many more.

I don't know what people are whining about as far as "difficult to connect" with this app. Pair my HK fly ANC in like 3 seconds. The issue with the app is it's essentially pointless. There's no features to speak of other than the EQ which isnt really necessary, since most music programs already have one in them. And the ANC button that is also far more conviniently placed on the headphones themselves. There's just nothing to this app that's necessary.

Need help. App just stays at black screen . Install and uninstall many of times don't know what to do.

The app doesn't already recognize my headsets and earbuds all of the time. No matter how many times i reset them. Even though the phone picks up the rest buds right away.

Great earbuds. Great app. I don't know why people are crying so much. Yes, pairing was not so smooth the first time, but I understand the complexity involved. It's no big deal. Since then, everything is rocking. First time pairing can be hard, but once you do it, app works as expected.

The App would not even start. The FLY TWS connects to the phone perfectly without this App but it's not possible to modify the gesture control without the App. Therefore, will return the device if the app could not be used fixed rapidly. Disappointed.

Great sounding earbuds, horribly executed app w/broken features. Won't even sync when launched; didn't even play ANY music yet. Can't even configure special features without it. Unreal! Please... PLEASE FIX!!

Please allow to program the assistant touch to pause & play shortcut instead.

When I try to open the app it does nothing. Just a black screen.

I cant turn the app on so when I opened the app the screen would be just black please answer me I need help.

After struggling trying to figure out how to get the app to work; gave up. Next time I tried it just worked and managed to update firmware and use gestures etc.. buggy is what I would describe this software.

Works as discribed. Just wish it had more features of the headphones on it. Easy setup within about 1 minute. No issues at all.

Awfull initial pairing. After software update to Android 12, only right bud is working. When I try to connect the left bud, a message "an app is needed" appears. Trash app! Garbage!

The app doesnt work for me. Screen goes black after it opens up. I have tried reinstalling a few times. Please patch and fix it up.

This app does not open on my galaxy j7.my 250 dollar headset doesnt pair manually or automatically it's a freaking mess why didnt yall leave the system on the soho wireless.u had to go and make it the only way to use headset is through app.dumest idea ever u smart dummies.i allready wrote an email 2 weeks ago and no answer.My tab A doesnt connect either I cant use the headset while you just sit there acting like evrything is good with ur app. I do not recommend any HK PRODUCTS COMPANY SU CKS BIG

Works perfectly as intended with the FLY ANC. You have to stop what you are listening to before attempting to connect your device to the app.

Will not connect to my headphones. Not happy at all. These aren't cheap headphones the least you could do is get a decent app up and running. If it's not sorted the headphones will be returned.

App does not connect to fly anc headphones. Headphones are connected and paired to phone and work properly.

Good app to mesh with my headphones.

Fairly unhelpful and useless

It can't even find my Fly TWS. I've connected it to my Phone with bluetooth and still can't find it.
