My Health at Vanderbilt

New update has made it where notifications do not come in anymore. I am missing important messages. Log in screen looks outdated. There are two different message boxes, but you only have direct acces to one. Its an entire mess.

I love getting my messages from my doctor's immediately after visit and being able to look at ALL my test results! Plus getting messages just checking in on me!! It's GREAT! Also appointment reminders. Probably lots more that I can't think of at the moment. Oh, It's also very easy to use and navigate. Believe me, if I can do it, anybody can. I absolutely love this app.

The app is easy to use, helps to avoid long wait times on the phone for appointments, messages and responses to Dr with responsive turnaround time. Medical records, results, all in one file at your fingertips, and most vital is strict adherence to HIPPA. I effectively used the app for over 18 months with minimal glitches. Time saver!!! Great job

So easy to use for everything. Such a useful app for a busy person who can't get time to make all the phone calls with longer wait times. Labs results, appointments everything is easy to access and in your my health asap so no waiting.

Would be nice to see retrospective graphs of lab results over time. That functionality is present in the web interface.

Definitely the most efficient and informative app or portal I've after used. Wish others would take note and copy.

Excellent app. Very well done too. It's simple, great for doctor/ patient communication. Makes things much simpler in this area of life.

Great app. I make my own appointment, see my results as soon as they come in...you can do a lot using this app and I like that I don't have to wait on anyone..

The original app. was way better than the last few changes. It is not as user friendly. For example when you use to check labs and they were out of the parameters you could tap on the specific test. It would take you instantly to the explanation, causes and seriousness of that under or above reading. This last update you just changed the format style for quick access! Why??? It seems like it severed no purpose other than justifying someones job! Personally just leave the dang thing alone!!

I love the app and use it all the time, but I would suggest one improvement. Since most people probably use the app on their phones, I suggest that you make it possible to choose an option to see your password as it is typed. I cannot tell you how many times I have to retype my password, sometimes multiple times. Older fingers are not as good at typing on a tiny keyboard. Make it a little easier for us older folks!

This app is great for a multitude of reasons. It has your medical records at your fingertips at all times. It's a great way to message your Doctors. Your appointments are easy to look up. You can request prescription refills as well as set up appointments. Very awesome!

When I try to open my growth results it doesn't allow me to. When I log in through the computer I always get stuck at some point and can't see anything. I like the options but not when I can't open them. I guess has some bug fixes that need to be taken care of.

This app is vital for me. I can easily view my son's appointment schedule with all of his specialists, request prescription refills, view past Drs notes, and message his providers in one place. It makes a world of difference to have everything easily accessable and in one place.

Simplifies doctor's visits, med refills, lab results, and communication with my provider. I have not run into any issues with the app thus far. I have been using it for nearly a year.

This app is amazing! It enables me to keep up with all of my upcoming appointments, stay in contact with all of my doctors and other providers, view results from any tests that have been performed, and more! Say goodbye to the days of sitting on hold waiting to leave a message and then waiting even longer for a phone call in response! As a developer myself I must give props to the developers of this extremely helpful app and of course props to Vanderbilt for being the best!

I absolutely LOVE Vanderbilt's My Health app!! With all of the options, available any time, I am able to schedule appointments, see my lab results/reports as soon as they're ready, send electronic messages to all of my providers and more+++. THANK YOU for making Healthcare so accessible and user-friendly!

The app is very easy and helpful. I will enjoy using it when I need to pay or contact Vanderbilt.

Makes healthcare easier as a mom & patient. I love being able to get messages to and from providers easily, managing prescriptions is easier, and all my records are available to me when I need them. I can schedule for myself and family easily. Love the app! Love Vandy Health!

I love having access to all of my health information in one place and being able to communicate with any of the staff that are part of my team of care providers. It makes it so much easier than calling and leaving messages, that option is still available if I would like to use it. Also you have the ability to access your minor children's information too. Best health care app I've ever used.

This is probably my favorite medical app. I have a few but, this one for me is simple & easy to navigate. They give you a lot of control & your able to connect your children's account to yours so you don't have to log in & out. Make appointments, test results, share with other drs. & message.

This app let me set up a QR Code for my COVID-19 shots and booster, despite having obtained them at a non-SmartHealth or Epic-based system. It allowed me to pull my vaccine history from the TN registry. Now, I don't have to carry around my government vaccine card. Of note, the QR code didn't scan in Canada, but ultimately staff generally let me into places there after verifying ID, some further questionings, and closer examination of the information the app.

Best app I have ever used for health! They keep it updated better than any other I have used. I can frequently see my lab results within a few hours, not days after they are done. Like the visit summaries that give details of discussion and health plan.

I have had nothing but an absolute phenomenal and very pleasant experience using the Vanderbilt app! It's so convenient to get in touch with my doctor's and get personal responses back from my doctor's. Setting up appointments has also never been easier. This app shows me all of my upcoming and past appointments along with all of my tests results and any test or other scans and the results. I would gladly give 10 stars ⭐ ✨ if I could. I highly highly recommend!

Super easy to navigate. When I was pregnant it was so easy an fast to get ahold of my Dr. I sent a message through the app an within minutes already had a phone call. I definitely recommend!
