not built for mobile at all. login is confusing (doesn't change the screen from login even after successful login) and is just a web container for their website... which isn't mobile formatted or responsive. completely useless. better off just going to the website.
I tried to register. I put in my surname then last 4 digits of my Social Security number. Couldn't find me. Okie dokie. Input surname then my actual HealthNet member number. Still can't find me. Without ever being able to log in, I fully understand the low rating of this app. It's truly a shame because the insurance company itself is outstanding.
Every ambetter app that I installed doesn't work
What a useless app. If you need to do anything more than looking up your basic info, it opens a browser link to a page that is not formatted to mobile devices. Skip this app and use a computer.
An "F" Grade. Can't log in with the correct username and password. Hire me to fix it for you. Please don't release a product that doesn't work. This is an insult to your customers. What happened to customer service?
Using the same credentials as the website, I can't login. It doesn't even respond in any meaningful way as to the reason. I just click login and nothing happens. Great job devs!
I installed this Health Net application in my mobile phone. Useless, entered the user ID and correct password that worked on my laptop but it doesn't work for this mobile application. Worst one that never seen.

all my god, who develop this dumb app and website. I know you are trying to keep us safe by asking us to fill in the security questions when we sign up for an account but seriously, our answers must be more than 8 characters? What if my answers are less than 8 char? So you want us to make up the security answers?

The worst app and website I have ever seen. The stupid healthnet company busy ripping medicare tax payer money and the actual customer are never able to register or see their accounts and the charges. This company should go out of business. I am so upset. I created my account and it will never recognize me or my account or even the Id number that they have on their own card I recieved by mail. Figure it out folks. It did not even recognize my social or Medicare Id or birth date.

The worst. You can't even type in your member ID to set up.an account. Their web site is the same bs. I'm going to change my Healthcare plan asap because Healthnet are obviously incompetent on a basic level.

If try to either select a doctor or pay your premium, you get error messages.
This app is straight garbage! Won't even let me log in I put in my information and I click log in and than it freezes on the log in page. It says I am logged in but it just freezes on the log in screen. Garbage app don't waste your time trying to download and use. I like Health Net but they really need to put out a better mobil app for their customers one that actually has basic functions that actually work. Please put out a way better app health net.
