I am also facing the same issue with the fitness discount. Even though I am a policy holder, the app shows that the feature is available only for a policy holder. This needs to be addressed soon. If this app doesn't function properly, its a breach of policy wordings.
Poor app...try to use Fitness discount feature for my policy but it dont show where to put policy number. Every time error shows tjis feature is for policy holder but where should we put our policy holder number ?? Moreover there are lot of confusion between this apl and IPO app. Can you guys provide clarity and make some user friendly app ??
I bought HDFC ergo health insurance policy. Linked my health services app from HDFC insurance app. But when I click on fitness discount, it says feature available only for policyholder. I am a policy holder, what more to do? Issue has been resolved now. Although not giving 5 stars yet as want to confirm the fitness details are being taken correctly or not.
I raised the concern regarding step counting and it got resolved in a day. Technical team called me up and worked out the solution. It's good to know that things are back to normal. I'll check for a week and revise my rating based on experience.
Change the design / UI of the app and make sure it's functionality works well. It's that simple. Don't make it complex.
I have purchased health insurance policy and linked it on HDFC ERGO mobile application. When trying to access features of my health services app, it says "This feature is available only for policy holders." Could you please help.
The step tracker just does not give the exact count. My samsung phone shows 3257 steps and ur app shows 1174. There is a huge difference daily.
This is a completely useless app! It just keeps directing me to link my policy everyday. Am not able to get past this step. Despite having enough activity, the app does not count anything.
Worst app ever for policy holders. Took me 20 mins to link this app with my policy, after understanding that I had to click my:health services button in HDFC Ergo Insurance app. I thought it was done then when I click on fitness discount in the app it says that feature is only available for policy holders, then what am I? My Health app is very poorly developed. Many times it loose data Google fit show weekly data but fewdays data missing so you never reach discount points.
I see a feature to link wearables device to this app for calculations of discount. however it has only Fitbit, Google Fit and no link to Garmin or Apple Watch or other devices there is also no response to my mail to HDFC Ergo team

Wrost app for Ergo users ...If search anything, shows only no data available...I already have a ergo policy but when explore anything shows 'this facility is available for only policy holders'.
Useless app, not able to register and not giving any error also. Later approached Customer Care on 21 Jan 2020 and issue was resolved around 30 Jan 2020. Useless App and Customer Service
It tells you to link to your insurance policy then gives you a list of insurance policies all with the wrong number and you can't proceed after that.
Application is meaningless because i have not any time found it works properly so it is not helpful but only wastes off time and brain

How do I link my policy I'm trying to get my health card and have purchased a policy but whenever I'm clicking on it it's showing you need to purchase policy but it's already purchased and linked to my email id via hdfc ergo app so why is it not showing in this app ?
Wrist app. Pedometer daily reading never added. Weekly reading is always zero.

What the heck. I completed 39k + steps. Today when I see the weekly report count, it trunkated to 0. There is no transparency . Where is that data? Why they want to sync on next day ? Also, I am using its pedometer to calculate the steps. Lot of times it skips counting. Overall this app is for name sake of fitness discount. So disappointing after this much workout.
