I am a member and I cannot set up a login. Zero support from the login screen. Useless to me. Also I don't receive any paper mail or receipts for payment. Is it so much to ask: how much do I owe you / when is it due? That's really all I want to know.
GREAT APP that enables me to track my claims, spending, and worksite wellness engagement activities. The app is easy to navigate and has a clean appearance.
BCBS is terrible, to say the least. It’s been 2 months dealing with this insurance and any medication needs to get a prior authorization done. And even then their techs don't know that you need to fill out other paperwork to apply to get your medications. It's a bunch of red tape, and hoops to jump through and you get treated like a worthless animal. Don't get this app, it doesn't show you what you really need.
A great tool to instantly access to your health care coverages, along with answering the specific questions, as they pertain to you and your policy. Straight forward navigation, visual aids and tools, along with being easily understandable. I really like and would recommend this app, especially if you're not familiar with "insurance lingo", find yourself a little less than organized, and don't like to keep up with paper trail.
ID card won't load. Everytime I open the app and select ID card, it acts like it's loading and NEVER finishes. I've left it to sit and load for 5 mins, with a full, strong signal, and nothing. Defeats 90% of the purpose of this app. Also, when the app updates, it forgets that I want to use fingerprint authentication and so then I have to try and remember my password, which usually results in me getting locked out. Horrible app.
Best thing to happen to me as far as keeping documentation and being able to access things quickly, definitely a game changer.
I have no trouble finding what I'm looking for. It's easier than looking in my pocket book. I just can't read the questions below. To rate them.
Complete failure of an app. Does not save password, so you have to enter it every time you use the app. Also will say your device isnt recognized every time if you cleared out cookies since last use. Browser pops open, says enter an emailed code, but when you open your email app and go back with the code to the browser, the page has refreshed and the code entry box page is now gone, and you're back to the page that says it will email a code. Viscious circle. Useless stupidity.
Easy to find local doctors & hospitals.
Great App. Convenient. Efficient and very resourceful. It has so many helpful aids once you get in the app. Then the communication with the BCBS support team is very good who reach out to you because of the app. It is wonderful. I recommend it to all BCBS members. By using it and setting and completing the goals set it has paid for all of my husband and my medicine for 2019.
All I wanted to do was pay my bill online. Website was having issues so I tried downloading the app. Low and behold, error message that it was experiencing down time & would not allow me to log in. While we're talking about this, do away with the code! If I enter my username and password on my private network and device, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for q code to be emailed. Even worse if you accidentally back out of the page and have to wait additional time for a new code to be sent.
I am much better able to see the breakdown of each EOB and that helps me keep track of my many procedures and activities I have going on and the amount I have left on out of pocket and deductible expenses. Has been very helpful in letting practices know where I stand in my portions that I have to pay. The offices are not always at real time amounts for whatever reason. So, this app helps keep them on point and me not having to pay out of pocket when I shouldn't. It's hard to get refunds. Thx
God I hate this app, their website, everything about their programming. If convenient payments is your thing, don't use Blue Cross. Twenty damn clicks just to pay my bill every month including a two-step verification process EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've been frustrated every time I've used the app for one reason or another. Most annoying thing is the damn payments system...giving Blue Cross money is basically my only interaction with them. Why is it so hard?

This app is very well laid out, very easy to use, Easy to navigate and find what you need and they included multiple different ways to get in contact with customer support agents anytime you need further assistance! Great app and Great insurance

The app is great. Easy to navigate other than locating a dentist. That link should be within view without having to search for it. Other than that it's the perfect app.
App worked before the Oct 2021 update. After updating, the fingerprint feature does not work. I have cleared cache & forced stop & rebooted but it still doesn't work.
It really is useful, I got all the info I needed without having to contact customer service. Easy to navigate without complicated lingo. Keep up the good work 👍👍⚕️
locked out signing up SMH !! had no idea what it said my username was, then got that. The password I used wasn't accepted, reset it and did one. It accepted for half a second then said invalid, two more tries. Did another time and is said, locked out for 30 minutes. All I wanted to do was pay my late 2 dollar payment. LORD help y'all trying to use this thing. I may try again tomorrow.
Loging in with fingerprint does not work.
Horrible experience, I CANOT log in using my ID card or my SSN. My wife is primary so she can't access my info so without being able to log in to change my settings, HOW IS THIS DONE EXACTLY? CANNOT access any pharmacy reimbursement forms, they dont exist for members. I need those forms bc bcbs drags their asses on prior authorizations over 7days. A process they created to slow down needed medications so you pay outa pocket for another dept to pay you back eventually. The App is USELESS! TRY IT
Terrible. Every single time the app is needed, it gets blocked. Better idea to take a picture of the card in another app. Uninstalling.
This app used to be great. Since the new update it won't even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no positive effect. Hopefully someone will fix it soon. This app used to be my intervention instead of having to sit on hold forever.
I really loved this app at first. Now I cannot view my member Id and it is really important because I do not have a physical card. When I click on the member ID link, the information is not present. I see only flashing lines.
Frustrating! Whenever I try to use this app, I get an error message. It doesn't matter how often I uninstall and reinstall, I still get an error!
I need to filter to find a specific type of doctor, obgyn, but everytime I attempt to use the filter it won't let me update the areas. I click out and it still all the doctors. Going through 1500 doctors when more than half are irrelevant to me is super frustrating.
