Unable to access App to check Usage & Bill since 15 Feb 2019. Error message "Cant Install App" keeps popping up whenever tried to download the Update. Please fix.
everytime need to update and Reset the password, however the system shows error after I reset all the thing . useless
Worst app... Always keep loading and loading.. out of 10 times, only 2 times this app works.

This company is a company of spam and lies. Do not trust them one bit. And this app is trash. Always under maintenance and no useful info. Trash.
For such a simple app, it requires update almost every time I use it (to pay bills). The app development team should sort it out. Do user really need the latest version to use simple features or you require updates all the time to boost download rate

It crashes at once every time I open the app... :-(
One of the worse apps that I have ever used. Everytime when you tap anything on your screen, you have to see the annoying "please wait" and you just can't quit. Also, the fingerprint login function works EXTEMELY poorly. PLEASE IMPROVE, at least for one time!
Keep crashing when try to check data usage. No CS staff ever contacted me nor followed up. The live chat is a Total Lie, no one ever responds.

You're wasting my time. I have submitted a lot of information but still rejected. How friendly can you make!
Most of the time it doesn't work, when it does its slow. And no, you cannot just not use it; it is the only way to pay the bills. If you are not already using any service from PCCW and you have any alternatives, stay away from them, this app alone justifies it.
It's amazing that they dare to release an app with 20% working rate without crashing integrated to a server with 30% up & available rate. And now they payment system even rejects my FPS without notice and causing bill overdue? Perfect :)
