Home seller here. App isn't well thought out. On the feedback screen there's no way to sort feedback, and it's listed in a random order rather than chronologically. So, when I get a new feedback notification, I'm left scrolling through all feedbacks to find the new one. Also, if you choose push notifications as your notification method, they require you to also select text or email as well. Why would I want my phone to buzz twice (once for push and once for text) for each showing request? Odd.

It's a good concept but they need to add a calendar and/or fix the syncing. I was finally able to get it added to Google calendars on a desktop but it should work seemlessly on mobile. Also need to add different sorting options for appointments. Otherwise does everything else well. Edit: as dev pointed out, the issue is google only syncs every 24 hours. I've added a star and deleted that portion of my review. If they make a built in calendar to avoid this hassel, they'll easily get a 5.

Very nasty app. Running on Android it disables the "back" button so I can't back out of the screens. It says I can sync to my calendar but there is no way to do that so I have to look at this app, accept the showing time then go to my calendar and create an event. It would be more convenient for the agent to use Google Calendar and set up an event or an appointment.

A mobile scheduling app that doesn't show you a schedule. You have to sync it with your own calendar app but there's no way to do that. You need a pc to do that. My PC and laptop are all packed up. So now if I want to review the showings scheduled I have to dig through ALL the texts. Very much a pain to do while you're moving out of a house. Nope. I'll turn down any realtor that uses this rubbish

MAKE A CALENDAR!!!!!!!!! This app turned the sale of my house into a nightmare. First of all the e-mail I signed up with did not match the e-mail my realtor was using. (Not this apps fault) Once that got sorted out we got requests, confirmations and then reschedules in the same time slots without cancellations to the original schedule. If you follow the event in chronological order the app is showing us double booked multiple times. The data that is available is not sort-able, you can't select to see just scheduled showings without deleting items forever. Nothing is grouped by showing day everything is grouped by the data that the action happened. It does me no good to see that someone scheduled a showing for Sunday on Wednesday but canceled on Friday and then rescheduled for Saturday. You have to chase the breadcrumbs on your own to find out if the schedule for Sunday is still happening because it was rescheduled but you have no idea when. Needless to say we were away from our home for hours expecting showings that never happened. Multiple times we were still in the house when people showed up to view the house because the showing was rescheduled from a future date to the current date. Bottom line - If you use this app be prepared to take all the time you are showing your house to keep track of the schedule this app is supposed to provide!

Great app! So much easier than trying to coordinate through multiple phone calls like in the "old days"! Having trouble getting appointments to sync to Google calendar but there's a good chance it's me that's the problem, not the app! EDIT: I did contact customer support and found there is a lag in the sync time between Google and the app. It synced sometime overnight but was not immediate. Now that I know what to expect, I can adjust but I would suggest a fix for more immediate syncing in a future update.

The app is helpful for notifications and showings, but it would be more helpful if the calendar sync worked. I sync it with my Google calendar and everything will show up, but, if a new showing is added, I have to subscribe to the calendar again, which kind of defeats the purpose. Fix this glitch and I'd say it's worth more stars.

As a tenant, I can't directly set what times I'm available or set requirements for requests. I should be able to set these and have the updates notify the realtor. Not being able to set these leads to a bad experience for all involved due to declines due to bad time, unnecessary back and forth, and a general sense of anxiety over when an appointment might pop up. Also, this feature is especially important during the COVID pandemic for the safety of all parties.

This app is awful. Agents don't have to enter when they leave your home so that feature is utterly useless. The home owner can't set the default length of a showing or can't set cut off times. There is no way to message an agent, you can't only use push notifications for alerts you have to select an alternative form of communication as well, and if you select text message you get at least 2 text messages per showing and each showing is from a different number so your inbox gets filled with spam.

Helpful app. Able to see requests for showings and confirm or decline each one easily. However, it would be helpful if users could sort confirmed dates and times for easier tracking. Additionally, developing a way to more easily sync appointments to users' calendars would be quite helpful. The current copying of the link is a bit cumbersome.

Poor app. An upgrade from when this was done via calls but poorly designed (small buttons, help opens in a weird half window, dated UI). What's the point of calendar sync if you give the excuse that it needs > 12 hours? Showings are requested within the hour! Just build you own calendar and notification system! Also, why show "contact your agent to know more about the showing agent". If he's hidden it then say that or don't show at all. Competitors will overtake if not improved.

Install works on my laptop but the phone app. I'm always on the go so if it doesn't work on my phone it's pretty ineffective. I've contacted support and so far just the standard response "make sure you are using the correct app....." I'll wait one more day but if I can't use the app I can't respond to showings and if no one can get an authorization to view my house......might as well take it off the market!

Easy to use and keep organized with all the showings. I only have one suggestion to make it even better (unless it's a feature i have not found yet, but i did look for it): Have a calender that the seller can input black out times that aren't available for buyers /realtors to select. Like if i have a cleaning service every Monday morning, I'd like to block out 8 am to 12 pm. Or if you're working from home a day or 2. I didn't want to decline or reschedule anyone and risk a missed opportunity

The app is helpful but I don't get notified when realtor has finished viewing property. Overall, I find it helpful for viewings so I can review feedback (if any provided by realtor). I think more modifications could be added like offering different check off the box other than just rating home from 1-5. I would say 1-10 would be more helpful. And check boxes for certain likes and dislikes about the property like location, conveniences, what things made them want to see the property.

Not ready for prime time. This is supposed to be a scheduling app for home sellers but astonishingly it lacks a calendar view, unbelievable! There is no way to easily see your schedule. The app is nothing more than a message exchange, something that could easily be done with text messages. I don't see the point of the app.

Super easy to use and easy to confirm, decline, or request a different time slot with potential buyers. Nice to have it all in one place: to get all the showings, inspection, and appraisal requests sent as a text message to your phone then just pull up the app and approve, decline, or request a different time!

Unable to log into app on android phone. All works well on computer (web page). On phone, after entering username and hitting Next button it just hangs. Tried using different usernames but nothing seems to work for android login. Also no live update calender sync, just a snapshot of existing appointments. I see others with same issues so I guess not alone on these topics.

Fantastic Real Estate Tool! We are selling our home. Not only is it easy to confirm or decline showings, the app keeps all the appointments in a chronological list for me and I don't need to bother my agent for feedback. Everything is right at my fingertips. I love this app!

I hate this app. The approve and decline buttons are too close and there's no "are you sure" popup that would at least address this. If you decline a showing by accident you can't undo it and it will automatically decline showings for the same timeframe.

Could use a few more functions, but gererally works well. One thing I would like to see is more options to set available times or block other times. Also the ability to sort showings by date/time. A built-in calendar would be great; the sync link is limited.

I hate how often it forces me to rate the app. Otherwise it's fine. UPDATE: thanks for your response. But if you don't rate the app it continually asks you too. It's very annoying. I guess it achieved its objective because I rated the app and it stopped doing that. To bad it was so annoying that it led to a downgrade.

My Home makes it easy to keep up with home showings, open houses, and how many showings. With today's busy schedules, it's not always easy to answer the phone to schedule times with a realtor. The calendar feature makes it easy to keep up with scheduled times. This app really makes it easy!

The app itself is okay, it does what it's supposed to. The problem is the back end development that poses some potential security risks. My realtor, for whatever reason, forwards the emails this application generates instead of publishing the feedback to the app. The links in the email have allowed me to get into her account and I can only assume that I'm not unique in this. If you have this app I would be cautious of the data that you put on it.

Downloaded app and created account. Then says no account associated with my email to contact my agent. Contacted her and was told no other of her clients had this issue and doesn't know what to do to fix. I contacted tech support 2 days ago still have had a response of any kind. Doesn't allow me to see anything online either. App sounds good but if you can't use it then what's the point of having it. As a note I do get texts about appointments with a link to use in this app but get same message EDIT: Updated to 5 stars for support and functionality. Received a call from support they helped me get it all fixed. Apparently the Realtor did not complete setting up my account as she said she did. Support was friendly and helpful.

Makes scheduling much easier. Simple response to questions, and a feedback option as well as other pertinent information. It's also user friendly, once downloaded.

Total fiction about syncing app to calendar. (Initial review: gave app 2 stars, complained about no calendar view, just list of showings in order received, not ordered by time or day.). Developer replied, said offered calendar sync, which I had already tried. Tried again. Developer gives long string to copy, paste into calendar app. My Android version of Google does not offer a place to paste anything. No syncing, folks. Total waste if time. For hautiness, downgrade to 1 star.

I just received a call regarding a showing that was to take place 25 hours ago. Not a fantastic first impression. No texts or push notifications as requested. App froze on me yesterday and I had to uninstall and then reload. Fortunately, I have a reliable agent who communicates outside of this app. So, we shall see. Waiting to be impressed with accurate and timely information.

I'd like it to sort, chronology when appts are. For example we had two appts scheduled for a thursday evening, a new appt came in for Saturday at 10am, it was at the top of the list above Thursdays appts. Or, add a calendar to view daily or weekly appts. Also, not an app issue but if the other party would actually use it to tell us they are done with a showing, or even arriving late, that would be great. A showing arrived 30 minutes PAST the END of the appt and we were on our way home.

It lists showings and let's you change notifications and that's about it. You can't remove canceled showings and you can't filter activity, so it's just a cluttered mess. Would also be nice if you could send to a calendar.

The app is easy to use, but it lacks an active ability to sync scheduled activity directly to a calendar either through the web version or the apo. Having to manually sync is not user-friendly.
