this app would not let me activate my 2 cards, losing points for both. please fix? other than that I love this app, customer service is fantastic! update: over 3 months later points system still hasn't been fixed. aside from that I am very pleased with the app and the service. update: from this feedback points were added to my account, thanks so much!
So, the app keeps not loading properly with, error and behind the scenes error. I have to keep hitting okay until it pushes through to the next page (maybe like 7 times per 'page'). It took me far too long to schedule a payment. And what's this sneaky $5 fee for using a debit card? What a mess.
Was working fine for the past year I been using, but last few days have not been able to sign in without getting network errors, same with website. Finally got in once, but when trying to make a payment I was able to get all the way to confirm by sliding the confirmation button and went back to network errors. I uninstalled, reinstalled, tried multiple browsers with no luck.
Easy to use, easy to navigate throught the app. The app doesn't sync to the username tho. My boyfriend and I share bills on this card, so he has the app on his phone as well. He has a payment method, and I have a payment method, but the info doesn't sync, or save his payment information for the next time he logs in.
It works just fine for me. Every payment has worked like a charm. Can't update addresses and such though. Need the full site for that. I Would like the see an integrated e-mail/ text message corresponce feature. Not everything needs a phone call and waiting on hold. I've been a sprint customer for about 17 years. I'm pretty happy too. l'm also happy to have US service for a Czech based credit company. China is not at all preferred for me.
Great App super easy to navigate. Very simple and nice addition with the credit checking system. Only change would be to save payment methods so they don't need to be re-added every time. Not a bad thing I understand for security reasons why it's like this but kind of a nusense sometimes.
I got this card from sprint and has been very useful. I have autopay with the card and I get 3 point for each dollar and when I have 20 dolars I redeem them at the account and save 20 dollars. I am on the 1 year no interest and has been like that. highly recommended. my only recommendation is that the app should have the button to request a higher credit limit.
User friendly. Everything is explained easily. You are able to check your credit score every 2 weeks. I always get texts when they think a purchase isn't mine. The app lists all of your purchases and payments. Wish every app was this easy!
Haven't been able to log in through either the app or website for months, finally called in because it had been a while since I had made a payment. They are quite irritating with getting adjustments made from their sites and apps errors, but prior would have been 5star- no issues. If they get the app and website working again, will change to 4star, 5 if they make the adjustments
Totally terrible company. Talked me into obtaining this credit card while purchasing a sprint cell phone. Out of no where they shut down the credit card stating that Home Credit decided to suspend all credit cards for financial reasons. So all the loyal customers have to pay for their bad decisions. Wasted a hard inquiry on my credit report now have to take another hit for a closed account. Also awarded $148.89 in rewards that I cannot use now on my Sprint bill. At least allow us to redeem award
very easy..just dont like the fact that my debit card gets charged within seconds but payments takes up to 5 days to post! It says add a payment method and card can be saved to make my payments but I have to manually type in the debit card every single time. It never saves my payment method. So what good is the app!
This app is very troublesome. It let's me make payments using my card every other month. This has happened several times. It makes no sense to have a mobile app to pay your bill but it doesn't work. Then if you want to pay by the web or customer service, you have to give banking info which is ridiculous. Please fix this application. I should be able to make a payment each month without problems. If I'm late with a payment, you're going to charge a late fee. So please fix this ongoing issue.
It is easy to use for the most part. Very easy to redeem my rewards and keep track of my balance. The only problem I've had is it won't keep my payment accout on file. I have to add a payment method everytime I make a payment.
They messed up my account for months and I had to find the CEO info. The customer service people who are in the islands are rude af. They kept reporting incorrect info on my credit report it wasn't until a year later it got resolved by higher ups after dropping my credit score 60points while in the process of trying to move. And I paid the account off ad never used it and still never even got a credit increase.
I've never had as many issues getting logged into an app as I have had with this one. A financial institution should have better quality control or hire better developers. Update: I've been able to login, but app immediately crashes. Horrible.
I love this app. Probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. Easy-to-navigate to see purchases and payment Activity. Super easy to navigate when making a payment. I would recommend it to anyone with this style of credit card.
After using this app for several months, I would say that it is my cleanest banking app. They are adding new features, while keeping the main things as I need on the top. Very straightforward and clean...
Confusing... I have made payments before the due date then will continue to get reminders that my payment is due, even though I already made a payment through the app. It also takes some digging to find my available funds. Thank you for your reply. No, I don't have autopay set up. I log into the app and go to 'make a payment'.
Tried to make a payment last week. For some reason, my credit card info was no longer in my account. As I was not home, I decided to wait until I got home. Of course, I forgot that I was unable to make the payment. So today while trying to make my payment. The app was doing all kinds of weird stuff, and it took me at least 10 minutes. Normally takes me less than a minute. If there was an update, it wasn't for the better.
Edit: Sad that this bank had to cancel my card because they aren't financially solvent. Need to fix it so that once I leave a review, it doesn't continue to ask for a review. Great way to earn money by paying your Sprint bill! I am very appreciative for the fact that they offered me this credit card. Thank you very much!
Was a good app that suddenly can't get network connection. Uninstall and reinstall is not working either , had to call and pay by phone, why do you not take Debit card? I don't think you need all my bank information that I had to give you? This place has gone downhill fast!
Since activating the android smartphone app, Ive had nothing but trouble making payments. Forgets my payment methods, so many oops error messages when I want to log-in to pay, and any grace from customer service due to these issues was not possible. Not happy, but too late anyway I think........
Great app! Easy to use! Would be 5 stars if they allowed credit/debit card payments to be completed through the app. Currently, only checking or savings account payments are allowed via the app.
I am still having the same problems that I was having in November!!! This is ridiculous then you can't pay your bill by using your debit card which really sucks!!! I'm completely over this app and this card!!!
Love the ease of this app!! Was leery about opening credit with this company, but, they are fantastic! Customer service is always outstanding. Ready to help with whatever. Contacted immediately about fishy activity. My only complaint is the high APR. If you can pay your bill off every month-yay!
very useful for keeping up with my activity on my credit card and making payments. The only option I would like for you to add is when I add a debit card payment please allow me to save it instead of having to put the debit card in every single time
My experience with Home Credit has been very good from the very start their website is also easy to navigate the only problem is once in a while it'll show up that the app has shut down but not while I'm usually all good here
the app works fine. I can easily check my balance but every time I make a payment I have to reenter my info... even though it says it will save it for future payments.
App never works. Invalid user name errors, in valid password. Can log on website with no problem. Company reached out to me and had a tech call and get the problem solved. It works fine now. Great customer service. Thanks.
Not sure what everyone is talking about as far as not being able to sign in or having trouble setting it up. I had no issue what so ever doing either and its really simple to use. Seems like it's more user error than actual app/account error. People always want to blame something other than themselves as the issue. So far the entire process for this app has been seemless offers little effort on my part. You can explain things to people but you can't help understand it for them.
