Its a.great game and i really enjoy it but it doesnt allow me to get free gems,amd now i fel stupid cos i paid 2.99 to get 10 diamonds a day. But it wont let me have them as it says i have to be online. To claim them which i am. I know its only 2.99 but i want my gems sobthey need to sort it

I love this game and I understand it's more of an interior design game, but it would be nice if the residents would do just a little mpre than walk around the house. Like eat, sit down, and sleep. And it would nice if we could earn 50 gold when we fix things, scrub, and water the plants. Also, there should be a way to earn gems without having to log into facebook.

I love the game but now I can't play no more cuz my 2 houses r done & I can't even buy a 2nd house of the one I already do have cuz it say u already have this house & I can't buy the 3rd house cuz it takes gems & I can't afford to buy the gems I need I can't even finish the rooms cuz I need gems. I tried to write to these people & they DO NOT RESPOND BACK. So I'm don't with this game. I will no longer play this game I loved so much.

Its awsome game.. I wanted to play again from starting so i unstinstalled.... Game is deltd frm apps again m downloading..... All the prob is just gems u ppl hav selected many itmes to buy from gems but we cant collect or ern gems we have to buy it for real money isnt it stupid thing

Well I finished a few rooms and was ready to begin making a new one but it wouldn't let me. I completed the tasks for the rooms I got but I couldn't start a new room and complete tasks and it got really boring not doing anything I don't know if you have to be at a certain level or something but anyway I couldn't level up if I didn't buy stuff Unistalling and getting a better game no-one else seems to have this problem

Love this game... 29/3/2015 been playing this game 2 years, today I go no it's at a lower level and diamonds are less and my rooms are not furnished .... this all started since when I became VIP. please fix this game its an awesome game but it need to be fixed and upgraded please, I can't give it no star sorry and that's sad cause it use to be my favorite game.1/4/17I've changed device how can I get this game transferred do sad

I gave this one star not because the game is bad, but because the customer service is non-existent. I love this game but I made a purchase to get 300 gems over 30 days, 10 a day. I haven't received anything for about 5-6 days. When I tried to email my email was returned to me, also the website they give doesn't work either! I'm not trying to be difficult, I just want to get what I pay for. Beware when making real money purchases in this game.

For the most part I really like this game. I haven't played it long so I haven't found much wrong. My only problem would be that even though I connected it to my FB; I never got my 5 gems or access to the neighbor bit.

Good game that's why 5 stars but the only problem I wish is first more n free gems n less delivery time . When u buy something from the shop, u have 2 wait for a way long time for it 2 be delivered n if u wanna boost it u need GEMS which, u get only 5 of them at the beginning of the game. When u need more u need 2 purchase them. What am trying 2 say is we need more free gems n less delivery time. Otherwise great game 👍👍👍👍Really love the game but I wish something could be done about the gems n time.

When you buy 1 of 4 things and you wait 5 min.then ghere done you look at your list and two are still not completed. This is why i give it 2 stars plz dont play this

I put a lot of time,effort,and money in this game, and you took it from me.I WANT IT BACK NOW,OR REFUND ALL MY MONEY.TODAY!I WOULD HAD RATED THIS GAME 5 STARS,BUT THEY TOOK THE GAME FROM ME.I HAD THREE HOUSES.BEAUTIFUL HOUSES.ALSO GOOD NEIGHBORS.GIVE ME NY GAME OR REFUND ME.

But sometimes it does not load you does have to wait for some minutes to let it load. But the game is really really amazing and kind of boring when you have nothing to do in the game.i wish they can give u free gems because some of the tasks you may need to use some gems.it's amazing you guys should really play this game you will have lots and lots of fun.💋💋💋💜👍👍👍 😘😘😘😘😘😘😃😃

At first I thought that this would be a game that I would like very much. At first I did, but now as I approach level nine, I have to say, I don't. The idea is a great one, it is a great way for those who are looking for a new home to work out where to place their furniture before they move in. However there are a few problems, where are the gems that I am supposed to get every day for a month? Why is it that even though I had bought two pictures for the kitchen, it did not come up 'task completed'.

In order to progress in this game you need to purchase diamonds, there are no Tapjoy offers either. So I got to level 17 and not only couldn't build another room, but could not complete anymore tasks. Good game if only this was fixed.

Why cant you buy 3 star furniture with money you can not buy anything 2 stars and over unless you spend real money and i cant get past the 2 tasks ive been given because of this. Also it needs something else to do like i said its got great potential but as it is atm not good so much improvement needed its such a shame 😕

One:once you get to a certain level you have to get 3 star things that cost gems two:when I try to get free gems it says come back later for more offers I never used it once and I wait 3 days at a time three:you can't cancel item you didn't mean to buy

I would definitely give this app 5 stars if there were ways to get free diamonds. I am definitely addicted. But now that's I'm on level 10 my task are to but 3 star items.. I can't because this game don't give you any. Usually on games like this, every time you level you get free diamonds. So you can buy this stuff. So please make an update so I can continue to play?! Or else I'm gonna have to delete cause I finish the tasks without the diamonds.

Lost another star app is frozen asa I log in. Yes I un & re installed. Need assistance Cust Serv is NIL . Figures I just purchased gems 2. Useless now...Samsung GS6- Not bad. I believe I played this app in the past. My problem with game is I cannot log into FB, in turn I cant get the gem rewards..... so if I cant get some for free there is NO chance I will ever purchase any. You cant even get free gems or at least I cant. To the makers of this game please tell me why I cant log into my FB ? Is this why I dont get rewards......

Its a fun game… but it takes to long for things, can u please speed up time so im not wait 24hrs for something. Would of given 5 stars if time diddnt take forever

It alawys changes my person to the man. When I log in its always 1-4 never goes to 5. Can't by 3 star things because I don't have gems. Would be fun if you didn't have all these glitches. But not worth spending money on ...

Morgan laws if u need gems just download kingroot in google pick the first name that u will see then download purify too! Then try it out in any games, btw u can search for 10 numbers if ur choose is like this 2099986998 then if u type 999999999 it's only 9 numbers u can't add 1 numbers but actually i got 2099999999, I also i want to say if ur gems is like 1 then u see a gift for 5 gems then it wil be 6 then type 2099999999 AND PLS IF ANYBODY ARE SAD PLS LOOK AT IN MY MESSAGE HOW TO GET MORE MONEY! I really do like this game ...but just a few problems that , if fixed, would make it a great game 1. Can't connect to Facebook 2.characters keep changing back from the character you choose to the original game character 3. It costs way too much money just to buy a new room ...you literally need to spend a fortune just to get a room ...buying another house is ridiculous Otherwise it's really good!

Creators and ppl; Good game to pass time and to let ur ocd flag fly. But creators; why is it that my wallpapers keep getting changed back to default. I wait eight hrs to earn 20000 toward your buying my next rm and then I have to turn around and spend it on wallpaper I've already bought five or six times for the same wall. U shouod credit my account cuz i went in this morning and all wall paper was default except one.

I hate this game so much , why do we have to use our money to buy more diamonds ? I'm in lv 11 and they tell me to buy a 3 star cooking appliance but it cost me 5 to 50 diamonds and I use the free 6 diamonds to complete the building of the dinning room. so at least give us free diamonds once in a while .

I bought the 10 gems for a month card and I just stopped getting gems after a few times. Pls fix... I did pay now I want to play. I also think you need more furniture & deco options along with more home choices. Will then rate higher. My game ID # is 3088999.

Love it 100% but I think it's wrong when every update is new products that you can only buy with gems and seen has I've not won any and iam on level 35 or 36 and I've not even had a gem yet and iam not spending my money to buy gems. Sorry but I not. Other then that love it.

This game odds soooooooooooooooooooooo boring that not even my baby cousin would look at if #shots fired

Gets so far then have to pay. Not a chance I will stick with chef town where I get plenty of free gems
