Piece of S#@t APP. Can't use email to log in "email" for the last 4 years?

Doesn't work at all. I can sign into my account on the website and see my email account listed there, but can't sign into this app no matter what I try.
Totally unusable. Couldn't log in or join. It asks for your email address and then tells you you can not use an email address in that field. Very poor implementation.
It is absolutely unusable. It doesn't allow you to sign in or even create an account. It should be removed and re-done.
Useless. I need it to check for Drs in-network and it says email was invalid, so then I tried my username and that was invalid as well. So how is this helping me? I'm going to switch to Aetna, atleast their app works and is very USEFUL. I don't think the developer/s took enough time to think this app through.

Can't login, help option not working
Wanted to start a mobile account for this app, and it will not accept either of email addresses. So don't waste your time downloading it. It doesn't work. Should have known that anything that contains the abbreviation, or words New Jersey, it'll suck.
