Great game until you fry to load and it suddenly hates being linked to Google Play and crashes. A LOT of wasted time and money. About to uninstall. Severely pissed.
The game have a bug am not getting any notifications and anytime I press the button the app shutting down please fix it and can you add a restroom for the staff let they move around and go on breaks
I absolutely love this game! I could play it for hours and it really helped kill time during quarentine. There used to be a similar game for the pc years ago. I enjoyed that game and have missed it but this is a great substitute. The only negative feedback is that it is sometimes hard to get the elixar in and out of the test tubes. Everything else is awesme!
I haven't been able to play in a month because it says it has a bug and the maker needs to fix it! Still waiting
This is a good casual game but hard to get anywhere with it without spending money or being extremely patient. You only earn enough through each level to buy the essentials for the next level, plus while brewing potions and cures you have to wait for so long between each that you get very bored. Not enjoying it that much and probably won't continue which is a shame because it has such a good idea. Maybe I am too impatient to enjoy it lol
Annoying farmville type gameplay. Arbitrary limits everywhere. Feels like I'm on rails. Edit: Thanks for getting back to me devs. Sorry, I was just shopping around for games and this one doesn't have a model I like. The overabundance of varieties of items but lack of flexibility is annoying. Having to make one cure for one disease from one machine etc, and all components are huge, hardly produce anything, and have baffling numerical limits on how many one can place. It feels duplo vs lego.
I love this game and would love to give it 5 stars but I find it really annoying that the game takes so long to load and then freezes all the time when I finally get it to load. Today all I'm getting is a black screen. An improvement I would like to see is a warehouse that we can store building items in (hammers, screwdrivers etc). Currently there is not enough space to collect enough of these to be able to expand your storage as well as collect enough medicines to cure patients.
Got to level 13 and a Patient comes in with something wrong with then that you can't fix without a significant amount of diamonds; the currency you have to pay for. I don't mind buying a game, or even paying to accelerate progress or for cosmetics, but when you feel you have no choice but to pay for micro transactions, it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Uninstalled.
My game won't open anymore. I've paid real money to help keep it open. Please help.

Unable to play after latest update. Giving it another week and the permanently deleting the game

Great game! I love it and I am absolutely hooked on it! Only reason I'm not giving it full stars is because their support team is completely unresponsive. I've sent about 5 or 6 messages/emails trying to get help transferring my game from my old phone to my new one, and I haven't heard anything back. Very frustrating. Wish someone could help me so I don't lose all my progress.
Hi since the game has been updated I can't get on it it keeps crashing
I just started playing this game like a month ago. Firstly i really enjoy playing this game. But after a while, problem start when I start visit friends & buying goods, it taking a long minutes to show the selling item. And when it started showing the item, by then the time of buying almost finish and I miss the item that on display.And to click refresh item, again need to wait a few minutes again. Please fix it or else i will uninstalled it. I can't play game without enjoy every minute.
Disappointed..starting 2 days ago I can't log in anymore. It stays on the loading screen for a few seconds then closes and says there is a bug with the game and to wait for the developers to put out a update to fix it. I was really enjoying the game so I am bummed that I can't play.

regrettably uninstalled. its a shame cos its an adddictive game however half the time it wont load and it freezes and its frustrating that a lot things take a long time which makes me wanna just give up! I've noticed how the creators thank those who leave good reviews but ignore those of us who seem to be having problems. I've put a lot of time and real life money into this game,pi##ed off is an understatement!!!!!!! 😡
After last update the game is not working properly.
After about Lv50 you have to watch more & more ads to speed up the meds you need. Super discouraging but I caved & started watching ads. And now the ads glitch & wont run. I reset, clear cache, reinstall... same issue. Im convinced its technical bs intended to slow your progress. If it doesnt fix within a month or so, I'll stop playing. And no, dont tell me to take out a ticket & report my issue. You take out the ticket.
This game has a lot of potiental, but needs to be made a lot easier to upgrade and to make coins, the doctors, wards, lands, machinary, labs etc cost so many coins i had to sell all my tools for urgrading to be able to progress,then you run out of space, some meds take too long to make, consaltation times is a joke as is xrays, each level new stuff cones availble to progress but you dont make enough coins to be able to keep up, please sort it....
Only 5 stars so seen! For the past week now I have not been able to log into my game. It tells me there was an issue and to reload it...I hit reload and it pops up again...finally it will freeze and do nothing! I would just like to be able to get back to my progress! I've already emailed about it, but nobody is replying so I'm writing this review in hopes that y'all fix this!
Great game with nice gameplay but it lacks an important part , which is the communication with other players through messaging, chatting and forming cooperative and competitive groups like other similar games.. this would add a very interesting and enthusiastic environment to the gameplay..
Can you please fix the error with the vitamins? I keep getting told I can't collect any because my storage is full (it is only about half capacity). like other reviews I can't also can't see the cures unless I click on the machines. Finally what was the deal with the gingerbread men? I collected quite a few but never had anything mentioned about it. fixing the about things would help to get the game back to a good rating.
UPDATE After over a week of trying to log back in I ended up clearing the cache, uninstalled it, then installed it again. Once it started I went to settings, tapped on the 'Facebook' button & it gave me the option to choose which 'Saved Game' to pick. Working fine again. Some gems as compensation would be nice, 👍 . . . . . . . . . . . After the last update the game won't even load. This is one of my favourite games and I play it daily so this has now broken my daily quests and challenges.
