My Hwy 55

The food is pretty good, if I were rating the food I would give it a 5. But this review is about the app. What is the purpose of this app? It's pretty much useless. I tried to redeem an offer but couldn't. I never received an email to verify the offer. Their's never a barcode on the receipts, therefore you're not able to scan the receipt. And you can't place an order from the app. So once again I ask. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS APP???

Its a good app when it works. For the past 3 weeks ive had a problem scanning anything. Im not going to send a screenshot of my receipt to support everytime. This is becoming ridiculous.

I have to agree with previous reviewers. The local restaurant has to be aware of the app. They don't bother to give a proper receipt so that customers can scan them. If you ask for one, they act like it is a hassle, but I have seen waitresses on 3 occasions now stuff receipts in their apron.

I downloaded it and immediantly encountered a purple loading screen. Long story short it stayed there. I tried rebooting it, I tried redownloading the whole app, I even tried restarting my phone. Nothing worked.

The app. is normally good. I have recently tried to scan a receipt for points but got an info box telling me to login to get my free login rewards. I have not logged out nor deleted the app, but it seems I have lost my 11k+ points and information. Why?

The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. I just wish I could actually create a to go order through the app so I could pick it up.

I had rewards for days. Now I tried to open the app & it gives me a message to log in to see my rewards but then when I go to login it tells me to update the app. I uninstalled it & reinstalled it & still tells me to upgrade. 0 stars because where are my rewards ?!

The resteraunt is great but this APP is not working on S10. It does open but has a spinning circle that never stops leaving me with unclaimed points and rewards.

The food is really good. Always coming back for more. Why cant i scan my points. This ridiculous

The last 4 receipts I've scanned still aren't added to my account. And half the time I cant even open the app.

I am wanting to use my rewards, and all I get is a pink screen and an error message. ALL THE TIME!!

The app says to scan the code on the receipt but there are never codes to scan, if you even get a receipt.

supposed to sign up thru the app amd get a free shake but it just says error. even after 2 days of trying.

Always great food & friendly service. The best philly cheese steaks around, hands down!! 😁

I love the location on Arlington. The manager is the bomb! Great staff and reasonable prices.

App.hasnt worked for 2 weeks now. Anyone else having issues?

Food is great and also the services it would be if we had Hwy 55 here in Grantsboro or the Bayboro area are we have to drive about 17 miles to the nearest location I do believe it would to good here with breakfast and hamburgers and what you have to offer

I work at the Hwy 55 in Oak Ridge Tennessee and have been there since the first training day and I absolutely love working with everyone there. It's an incredible place to work and I absolutely love everyone I work with. The food is excellent and the service is the same.i love my job and try every day to go above and beyond to help everyone who comes through the door. If you are looking for a job Hwy 55 is a small restaurant but you would love working there. I consider it a privilege to go to work every day and I feel like I'm going to work with family. Hwy 55 is my new family!
