App resets every time you switch apps (including during registration) which means that if you need to check any information you lose any progress in the registration/survey/whatever process. A lot of the info this app collects (amount of excercise, amount of sleep, weight, etc) is already collected (often automatically) by other apps (google fit, Fitbit, etc) but there seems no way to link them, so you have to manually copy (with the annoyance that you can't switch apps as mentioned above!)
This app is amazing. Thank you so much. This has really helped me with my ibd. The app has improved a lot and the support is super! I'm very glad you listened to so much of the feedback, because now it is perfect. I am also glad there are no ads in this app.
It's easy to use but I can't work out how to view past symptom tracker. After you take the flare up questionnaire it says you can go back to review these with clinician but I cant work out how. I have also tried to change my weight, height as it was entered wrong but it keeps bouncing back saying I'm 1ft 8inches!! I dont think so. Maybe there is a blip somewhere?? Few hitches but otherwise useful.
Poor - doesn't let you switch between apps as it loses your data. It doesn't include a food diary or detailed symptom log. Many hospitals aren't signed up. The symptoms that are listed are far too medical not everybody speaks the tongue of a doctor! It just seems like an NHS/ third party fishing trip for data, there are far better apps out there to use!
Crashed three times when trying to update my first day. Also, missing a stool tracker, which is what they always ask about at the hospital. I think you should be able to go into more detail than simy scoring everything, otherwise using the notes section everyday makes it just another diary app
Fallen on the first hurdle, so I will come back when it is more developed. St James University Hospital (in Leeds) does not support it (one of the largest hospitals in the country). One thing to please sort out: Putting in ones date of birth by having to tap repeatedly as one slowly goes through the months to get to... 1974 ... is not good. Maybe this is aimed at young people? Just let us type in our DOB like a normal app. Thanks.
This app is terrible as it doesn't work properly and is very glitchy. There's no way of editing my profile and it doesn't seem to flow as an app and finding and inputting data and information. I had to come out of the app and try it another day and it won't let me save my DOB and gender now so it's been uninstalled
Great app idea! Sadly it seems not to work for me. It froze the screen during the tutorial and it freezes right away when I open the app.
Fantastic concept & lots of potential! Easy to use and great interface. looking forward to my local NHS Hospital signing up to start benefiting from the other features.
Amazing, makes my problems seem somehow more real seeing it all on an app, sounds weird but it makes complete sense to me and my Crohns. Let's you see how your disease controls you and helps build a better picture.
Doesn't seem to be a way to turn off email notifications. Every time you leave the app you have to log back in, including when clicking on the links within the app.
Downloaded it to see if there was any immediate info for nausea and other IBD symptoms, there were no adverts, but after having a quick look there didn't seem to be much to benefit me unless I paid a monthly charge. Still, might be handy for someone else so 3 stars from me.
I can't access this app at all any more. It asks for fingerprint access and a pin but I've never used a pin so how am I meant to know what to input? Why does it need two levels of security?
Can view previous symptom results. Courses never update how complete they are. Can't add surgeries. But love the idea of the app plenty of future potential
Useless! I cannot get past save and continue. I enter all my data including disease and then have to accept GDPR but everything from that point is greyed out. No way to get any further.
Difficult to get the most out of this as my hospital seems to be reluctant to join up after nearly two years of asking. Would be really helpful if we could delete old messages in the Messages Inbox. 👍
A good app, but when setting up an account it shows pick one of 6 options, but I have 2 (crohn's and coeliac) so I can't pick the 2!
Doesn't work...invalid credentials everytime I try and log in and just reset my password.
App resets during registration causing you to restart the process if you switch to another App. As I can't remember my NHS number and a 16 digit password I am unable to register because it resets everything I switch to find the details needed. Can't comment on the app its self as I haven't got that far yet.
