The form to request special medical reports/results truncates part of the phone number and that field cannot be modified. The phone number on files is automatically entered but missing one digit. After that, the validation system rejects the form submission due to invalid phone number!! This is a mess that has been there for years and that I called multiple times to inform the hospital about. Fix this form please so we can request special results/reports without going to the hospital.
It's a fantastic App, I loved it Specially organising the appointments, rescheduling and cancelling etc. I strongly suggest that one app should have all family members data inside, rather than signing in separately for each individual kids. This will help us in saving time for multiple appointments etc. With same doctor. And reading reports at one place etc.
Good app with big potential. Would give it 5 stars if it is more user friendly and easy to use and if better uses digital experience and not a traditional paper-like way. Some example: - logging in needs an SMS everytime, use biometrics. - most info like test results, medication are shown in pdf. It would be much better to present medication / lab results info on screen in an easy to see and understand (recently introduced smart report is good) - visual interface can use a lot of improvement.
Can't log in, it keeps in asking me to update into the new version then goes to playstore then again repeat the same thing
This new patient portal app is really amazing. It's secured and very easy to use, it keeps me updated about my recent appointments, lab & radiology reports, medications, etc. It also reduced my hospital visits, as it helps me to retrieve most of my health records online. IMC is truly working hard in enriching patient experience.
It crashes as soon as you check the labs and prescription, supposedly usefull, i hope you could fix it as soon as possible, thanks.

One of the mobile app in healthcare. Most impressive thing it's interface. User friendly app. You can book appointments, check your results, get your report easily.
A very useful app. Easy to use. You can check your lab and diagnostic test results, you can book an appointment be it telemedicine or face to face, to any doctor or clinic in IMC. Security is trusted because an OTP is being sent to your registered number every time you lkg in. Keep it up IMC!
Ma Shaa Allah, My IMC is excellent app, good design, very simple and easy to use. Now making an appointments, checking reports and medications are really made easy and handy, it can be accessible at anytime from anywhere. Surely great way to inform others too! Awesome app.👍🏼
The new reports feature is giving error whenever submiting any request. Adttionaly the lab reports is all mixed up as years format is 018 for 2018 and only showing last 10 reports although i can see all my 24 reports in the older versions.
I used the app and found it amazingly helpful while my visit to Saudia. The doctor was very good at communicating and diagnosis of the problem during my telehealth session.
Great app for patients. It's too handy to manage appointments, reaching out to doctors. Health tips are great.

Complicated. Every time you open the app you have to do a new log in with sms verification.
App keep on Crashing, unable to open app. Worst update ever

It's not sending the varification number . I was unable to open it for more than 2 months. Yes I did uninstall and reinstalled it.
