Why is it important to monitor your INR?:

Your INR (International Normalised Ratio) reading is a way of measuring the time it takes for your blood to clot. This is achieved through a regular blood test called an INR test. This will be tested either by your GP, anticoagulant clinic or physician (or self-tested) to ensure that your prescribed dose is correct. If your INR reading is too high, you are at greater risk of bleeding, so your dose may need to be reduced. If its too low, your medication is not working sufficiently which may increase the risk of clots. Everyone dose of Warfarin or Coumadin is unique.

Frequent INR monitoring allows for a more accurate adjustment in your medication dose to achieve your 'Target INR'. Use My INR to help monitor your INR and treatment, minimising the risks of clots forming.

I really like this app and have been using it for 5 years. It's worked perfect with the INR log, dosage amounts, daily reminder, and doctors appt reminder. All are great!! However, recently upgraded my Android phone and the daily reminder to take my meds doesn't work. Very disappointing!!! I wish it still worked as it did on my old Android. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this app.

Great App The reminder alarm has stopped working since the latest android update, been using for 18months without any problems. I only gave it a 4 because you cant get in touch with developer to explain android update. will just have to rely on calendar for reminder alarm. Ever other function works fine and the app has been a great help when showing doctors my INR history. Thank you for making this app free.

Great app, with very flexible dosage applications. Being on Warfarin, this is just the ticket for seeing my usage history in one place, very cumbersome to do it on my INR testing machine! Can't understand other review saying they can't find correct dose, obviously can't use a smartphone to scroll through full options.

Been using this for 12 months or so and it is brilliant, but the export csv for history does not work at all, will not load to email or cloud, can't even save as a file locally, so what use has this app got over the others, needs a serious update to fix issues.

DANGER! app no longer supported, Developer uncontactable, app 'drops' entered taken doses intermittently, risking taking them again. Doesn't work correctly anymore, a shame because this had the best interface of the INR apps :(

The app is great... until one upgrades their mobile handset to a new model and discovers that there is no function to export the comprehensive input data from the app on the old handset to the app on the new handset due to the app's lack of an import function

I really like how convenient this app is. I love the options of dosages, as being on Warfarin/Coumadin as they can change frequently depending on how strict you are with your diet. I know how diabetics must feel having to manage something without as little error as possible. I can't seem to find any other app like this so it obviously is in my honest opinion a great resource to log your dosage. I hope you all stay happy and healthy! Much love! <3<3<3 Isolated Anomaly

Wonderful app. It does everything is needed to carry on with the anticoagulant therapy. Better than other similar Android free apps. I only rated 4 stars because the "export to csv" function doesn't work on my Huawei P Smart.

Its ok to record dates, dosage etc, but reminder doesn't work more than it does, have to constantly check reminder and reset and then still doesn't work

Excellent app. I've been using for the last few years. Easy to use and setup daily reminders, next INR test, and INR history.

Works great but the export file won't work anymore, have sent many messages and no response.

There are some good aspects to this app, but the small failings make it dangerous and onerous for a long time user (15 years) on warfarin.

A lot of good functionality but for my Galaxy 8 it will not export INR log which is critical for my communication ications with doctor.

Invaluable! Everything I ever wanted to know about MY INR: record of bloods, doses, appointments and alarm to remind to take meds.

I have a home INR meter. While I had a INR diary I had no way to generate reports. I like 😍 being able to get reports.
