I really wanted to use this app, but the tracker won't connect to my Fitbit, the interface is slow, and there is no way to contact developers for help. Wish they would fix this as my employer offers incentives through the year to participate.
Very poor user experience. I've done several workshops in the past few weeks and my score hasn't changed. There's no email address or number to text about a problem. Last year it worked perfectly.
This app has worked very well, until the Dec 2019 update! Now I cannot sign in! I even uninstalled it and tried again! At this point it is useless 😡!!
need to retain log in and password. google fit does not link and feed data. need to track more foods than fruits and veggies.
doesn't recognize my email or password. i even went online and reset my password still didn't recognize it.
The integration with Google Fit doesn't work and no one will respond for support.
I think it should be all video or Audio for people with Reading Comprehension issues..

Useless, won't sync. Help section useless. My Google Fit doesn't sync my activity although all permissions are allowed. My score hasn't changed since I signed up months ago. The help section to manage devices is useless because though it's supposed to be compatible with Google Fit, any help to manage this connection only takes you to the Google Fit app download page. Also it doesn't allow direct connections to common devices/apps like Samsung health or Apple watch. Useless.
