My Jukebox-US
If this is your first time you are using the NSM My Jukebox App, click on the 'Sign Up Here' button at the bottom of the home screen. The Sign Up is Free and only takes 5 seconds.
If you already have a NSM My Jukebox App account, login by entering the username and password associated with the account and clicking the 'Login to Account' button.
On logging in successfully, you will be shown your favourite NSM Jukeboxes or NSM Jukeboxes at nearby locations. Click on the NSM Jukebox at the location of your choice, and press on the 'Check In' button to Browse and Play music at that location.

Worst app I have EVER seen. I'm a 30 year software professional and this app has stolen my money and removed the slightest ability to search for anything. Unit test: search for the group NWA... You'll get "Conway Twitty". Funny? Yes. But if you have credits, its not so funny.
New update requires new sign in. I don't remember my user name from tears ago and it doesn't give the option to get it. I probably have 60 credits left, but can't use them.
SiINCE THE UPDATE "NEW COMPANY " I LOST ALL MY CREDITS $$$ RIPED OFF!! LOST ALL MY SAVED FAVORITE SINGERS/GROUPS-ALSO WHEN YOU REQUEST A GROUP/SINGER/SONG THIS COMPANY NEVER FOLLOWS THRU EVER-DISPOINTING- BEWARE!!
GARBAGE UPDATE: Says I need to enable high accuracy for it to work, which my phone already has configured for this app. So now I can't even get into it. Fix please!

Keeps just sending me to an email that says to click a link but there is no link. It dont work.
Just wish you could see the songs in query. So you know when your song will be played.
It doesn't work. Barely ever connects to play any music. Waste of money.
Been a week now and still can't use the app because of the update!
I think the app needs fixed it's been a week and I use and android but apple works.. go back to the old version and get rid of 1.035 verion
It is sad that the app does not work. I wanted to purchase a jukebox from this company for our bar. We have touchtunes now and large part of the use comes through apps that customers have on their phone. So I figured I will download the nsm app see how that works. Just like others are reporting I can not set up an account, no confirmation email comes. I am sure this lack of phone app would significantly decrease its use in our bar and the revenue we could achieve. I guess it is touchtunes for now.
App works great and more improvements to come. Like enhanced search and priority play. If you don't receive your confirmation email it may be in your spam folder or your email provider is blocking it.
App works fine but needs more options like there are available at the jukebox itself, like video search, genre search and play next. Oh and see the queue list.
I wanted to play music on a jukebox but have been waiting hours just for the email verification... literally every other jukebox app ive used is near instant this is just bad
add a function to help download new artists/songs that aren't currently available
I created an account but it will not log in
My friend owns a bar and just bought one of these jukeboxes..I'm trying to create a user name account and there is no spot too..only a spot to long in..I had no problems with the touch tune jukeboxes that are all over..they work great!
why so many updates if no jukebox has been turned on at all
there arent jukeboxes because they are still working on the back end.
This app seems to be in test mode. Let's wait until they fix it!

1 day later & asked 2 resend. Why would any bar owner choose this piece of crap over touchtunes?
This app is junk they should find someone with half a brain to fix it keeps telling me my email is not valid. Dont waste your time downloading it will just leave you pissed off and frustrated. Wish i could give it a negative rating that what it deserves
