If this is your first time you are using the NSM My Jukebox App, click on the 'Sign Up Here' button at the bottom of the home screen. The Sign Up is Free and only takes 5 seconds.
If you already have a NSM My Jukebox App account, login by entering the username and password associated with the account and clicking the 'Login to Account' button.
On logging in successfully, you will be shown your favourite NSM Jukeboxes or NSM Jukeboxes at nearby locations. Click on the NSM Jukebox at the location of your choice, and press on the 'Check In' button to Browse and Play music at that location.

Guys, your app is terrible. What is this with trying to connect to the server with every request? Everything is clunky and unresponsive. This is garbage, you can do better. Songs don't show up on the app that I know are on the jukebox. Also, has the "top here" never once updates in the 10 years I've had this jukebox? In 2021, the top songs are from the 2000s. What is this?
Are you serious??? Complete and total garbage app. Good luck trying to register a new account. It apparently wants some info but the lines are all blank so you have to guess what it wants. I would have given you money to listen to music but since your app is a fail no money for you or the bar I'm at. Going to TouchTunes...an actually professional app.
I would give it 0 stats if I could, I'm trying to sign up and it doesn't say what to fill in each blank on the app so I can't even sing up.... Pretty horrible for an app that's streaming at multiple bars.
Absolute garbage. I searched for so many artist and the 2 or 3 that they did have they had a few songs nobody ever listens to. Its like they got the rights to all the songs everyone skips on albums. Sure theres a few if you dig for hours but why bother? The app is terribly designed snd not user friendly at all. Search Wu Tang or the individual members or any of the Marley brothers. I searched so many genres and so many artists and found nothing but scraps at best....
Ouch... Are your servers hosted on MS Dos or do you just not care about your client base? Finally managed to verify an account and still cant log in an hour later. Month update, I've set up my account 4 separate times and still cant log in. At thi point, I'm pressuring the bar i frequent to change providers to touch tunes.
I had the same experience as other viewers. I received the "please try again later" error and couldn't use the credits I paid for. I emailed customer service twice for a refund but they do not respond.
This app sucks. It will not all me to fill out the form all the lines to fill in the titles are blank so I don't know what to enter where. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled this app multiple times and still the same result.
Terrible Terrible app, very bad to navigate, waisted 5 bucks didn't even have very popular songs that I wanted to play. Consider this 5 bucks I gave you that I couldn't use a gift because it'll be your last from me...And I thought AMI was BAD.
I am in the negative after buying credits and playing music. This confuses me? How can I be in the negative. 2nd time this has happened and if i buy more credits it takes one for the negative. Dont download this app!! Just put $$$ in the box.
A lot times I cant connect even when you can do it manually on the jukebox. Also not a lot of selections. Specially songs that were popular but are not there.
I've recently been charged 2 credits for playing 1 credit songs, and I'm not playing next. You're scamming people and this is not right. You need to fix this now or I will not continue using you services and contact the BBB.
Fields do not populate so you have no idea what information is being requested on each line. Please check your application & get it updated if you want more business. I'm not the only customer around who's experienced this issue.
How the hell do you sign-up for an account through your phone app?!? Just a bunch of lines and a "Submit" and "Cancel" button... Doesn't say what needs to be filled-in, and guessing gets you no place...
Not sure if you guys read comments or reviews but I try to download the app on my phone and I can't tell where to put my info to sign up its just invisible and you have to guess where to put it at would love for it to be fixed so I can start using it just thought to let you guys know about the glitch would have gave it 5 stars if it was working
Went to a bar that was internet connected with this juke box. You'd think I could connect via the app and play music, HAHAHA!!! Nope. Don't waste your time.
I love this Form of old Jukebox.. But You download the App and play what You want by sending to the Player!! I wish they had a loyalties loaded in the app for some free tunes... And sharing them with your friends!!❣️
Keeps giving me a "cannot connect to server, please try again later" and charging my account for every failed attempt. Emails to customer service go unanswered.
I tried to sign up and I got a screen without anything but s bunch of lines. Doesn't show you how to sign up. Nevermind I'll just play jukebox st the box instead of phone. Very disappointed
Since updating this app doesn't sync with the jukebox, I still have unused credits that can't be used since updating.
Never works properly. Very limited music selection which is weird, i mean it's 2021
Some of the best software for digital jukebox I've ever encountered. They can find music I haven't heard for 30 years!
Poor selection of songs, doesnt match the console at bar, often cant log in, cant connect to the jukebox, loses credits, cant find the jukebox 20ft away with gps on
I hate that the one NSM jukebox in my area won't work with my phone. It will not locate it! And yes the jukebox is on and works for everyone else but my android S10e! Terrible wasted $20 for nothing!
Figured out the 'blank/not labeled lines' to create account. 1.first name 2.last name 3.email address 4.user name (use this to login) 5.password 6.confirm password. Once created (and confirmed email address) app apears to work.
Not finding my jukebox. If the bar has or uses this, RUN! Go to a place that uses TouchTunes.
You can't sign up! Can't see what the fields are that you need to fill out to register! It's been like this for at least 6 months! (Android)
App will not connect to jukebox and does not show nearby devices. I have credits showing
How do i unregister and re-register. The app wont accept my username and cannot chamge my password. Also,the register lines are blank
Terrible. This may be the worst app on here. They can't even get the registration process right.
Many issues with trying to get it to connect/stay connected to the jukebox at the bars. Very outdated look. The company isnt great at getting new music on the app quickly. Also you can search an artist/song and one time it may show up and other times it'll say no results found. No way to tell in the app how many songs are ahead you. This app just has so many issues and needs an update asap. TouchTunes is much better but obviously if the bar/restaurant utilizes this app that's out of my control.
