Its really difficult to make a payment through the app. It was better the old version than the new version. I can't input all of my information and it doesn't want to scroll down. Its been at least 2 months and they haven't done anything new. Please at least let someone fix this, some of us don't have the time to make phonecalls to pay a bill because we have busy lives.
Same as other complaints. I can input my payment information, but the submit button does not show up and I'm unable to scroll down. This app was working just fine until the update. Developers need to fix this asap as the app is handy, but not practical if you can't pay the bill.
horrible the app is really a piece of garbage. I have tried to register my info with this app over 20 some odd times over the past 6 months and it continues to say invalid account number. what's even more disturbing is I've called just energy several times, and to no prevail. I dont understand how a company can release an app and not have it completely functional. more disturbing no one that I speak to has any idea what they are doing.
Bill paying screen doesn't work properly. Won't let you enter all your info and submit it. This has just happened in the last few months. I never had a problem until then..so downgrading my review
The app says compatible with all devices.... BS. wont allow payment since last update. Will not load correctly. Needs fixed ASAP. .... could mean major loss of business. I for one am a very unhappy customer .. and I see by reviews others have this same issue. Fix it or lose my business for sure
New app not working! I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and yet it still does not work. I am not able to view my bill nor make a payment. Completely useless! Must be effected by coronavirus as worked without issues before. Please fix!!
Cost too high, no bill details available on the app, this company does NOT save you energy!!!!!!! I put in my payment details, press submit and nothing. I repeat the process and then there's no submit button. I just did an update today and it's still crappy 😣 No company or app is worth this much trouble!!!!! SWITCH if you have them or pass on by if you're shopping for a new energy company. I live in a 1br apt and one month is 180. Big mistake switching to this company 😫
This app will NOT let you sign on or let you try to sign up as a new customer. I tried to sign on every single way I knew and it kept saying log in fail. Tried to sign up as new member and it said my account number was invailid. Went to the website and signed on with the exact info and it worked just fine.
It won't let me send my payment. It has a different space I've never seen before. It will not let me submit my payment. I don't know what happened, but it used to work very well. I'm thinking about changing my provider if they don't fix things QUICK.
This app has been great BUT for the last few months I'm unable to click thru and complete a payment using the app. I have to switch to the mobile site and pay there. Please fix. I see others complaining about the same. I use android Samsung galaxy s9+.
Prices to HIGH! The phone number I have on file, I can't use to call them and pay my bill. I have to use another phone. They NO LONGER HAVE THE PERKS POINTS!! BRING IT BACK!!! THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE CONTRACTS. People should be able to choose to stay or leave any company that BEST SERVE OR DON'T SERVE THEM. Remember, You are Working for US!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO HOLD SOMEONE AGAINST THEIR WILL. THEY ARE free TO CHANGE their MINDS AT ANY TIME. Make sure your Customers are HAPPY THEY'LL STAY!!
Can't pay my bill! For some reason this month, app won't let me finish entering cc info to pay my bill and the submit button is completely gone. Update 7/25/20: Had to uninstall and then re-install the app. Works fine so far, will update star rating again later if I don't have any further issues.
It works sometime but not all the time. I might uninstall this and just use the website from now on. I tried to pay my bill just now and the submit button isn't working.
App is a joke... Live chat customer support they say...app keeps telling me it can't locate my service address to even complete the set up for the app. On top of that the company got me to switch service to them promising a $70 Sam's club gift card for signing up in January. Avoid this app and Just Energy at all cost they are garbage.
Horrible customer service. Customer representatives used to be good, now it's just horrible. they just kept hanging up and transfering you. A plan is listed on the website but they claim they can't see it.
I like the convenience of the app. But I haven't been able to pay my bill on the app in months. The Cvv is missing from the form and gives an error message.
Have not been able to pay by app for a yr and half. Have requested over a dz times it be fixed. Can't put in my cvv. Can't sign up auto pay because the submit button does not come up. Unable to scroll. No bugs fixed after 1yr and half
This app was working just fine untill the last update. I cant make payments. When I put all the payment info the submit button does not show up and can't scroll up or down
The app is good for being able to get your info and amounts. But I can never make my payment from the app. For some reason the form section never loads all the options for me. So I never can submit now.
UGHHH.....PAYING MY BILL ONLINE. Can't login even after the agent created my account for me on their website because the app wouldn't let me do it. This is the updated version too. It's awful and useless. I'm uninstalling this mess off my phone. It's making my head and stomach hurt.
Same as everyone else.You can't "submit" because it's NOT on the bleeping screen! Frustrating! If this is a ploy to try and make you auto pay,forgetaboutit! You're not getting auto access to my money. Fix this dammit!😡😠🤬 I hate calling in my payment.
Your app has gotten worse. Not only can payments no longer be made but now the app no longer had the icon for my home screen. It's just taking up space and is useless. I will be going online to the website from now on
It has always been difficult paying on the mobil app due to buttons not being easily visible & no ability to store the cc#, but now the submit button is completely gone! What a pain!
Can't use it to actually pay my bill. The screen where you enter your card info doesn't scroll down past the billing address info, so I end up having to go to the website or calling to make a payment
still after 2 years they haven't fixed the app so you can actully make a payment from your phone, tabs so far down it will not let you click on to finish the payments
There is no submit button under the payment option for the Android platform. If there is a submit button you are unable to scroll down to the bottom in order to access it.
I mean, it does the basics but it'd be really good if it told me my usage rates for that month or billing cycle. As it is, it shows me a graph but other than hovering on each bar individually, no way to see the usage. I would recommend having the ability to see results as a table as well so I'm not just eyeballing what my energy consumption is over the month
