Limited. Hit & Miss Reminders work sometimes. Don't rely on this. Reminders are only on half hours. Very limiting. If you have any other "reminders" at the same time the app doesn't work. So my alarms and music cancel it. Often when it does work it's 10-20 minutes late. Great if it's your secondary but not so great if it's a primary. Remember it's set for half hours ... Yep tends to go off close to the quarter hour.
Was working great as a reminder to take my meds. The reminder would display at the scheduled time. Now reminder doesn't display, scheduled reminders can't be deleted, prescriptions mistakenly entered cannot be removed and when trying to override scheduled reminders with wrong meds listed .... not happening even if you uninstall the app and then re-install. All your messed up reminders and meds are still there. Use to be great now it's useless.
Not REALLY that useful. I feel like the refill reminders should be "smart". It knows how much was prescribed, it know the rate of consumption, so it should know when one is running low. The patent should be able to say basicly "start the clock", and when the med level gets to a certain point, the app points it out to the patent. This one does not, yet. (Hint hint developers.)
What a life changer, makes managing meds easy. I really use and appreciate this app.
Just installed this app, mainly to add OTC meds, vitamins, etc. I don't need it for reminders because I set those on my phone. The main Kaiser app works well for refills so I don't need it for that either. I installed this app so that my providers and pharmacists would be able to access and advise me if anything I add might adversely affect a prescribed med or a medical procedure necessitates that I stop an OTC med. However, that feature is NOT available. So, I may uninstall.
Thank you for responding almost a month later. Five days shirt of a month to be exact. I already uninstalled this app and I'm currently using a app that has not missed a reminder and gives me multiple reminders as I need to take my meds at different times daily. if your company ever fixes this app I may return as a Kaiser app would be best to use as long as I'm a Kaiser carrier.
Its annoying that sign in details are inconsistently designed with all KP apps. E.g. remember me may or may not be pre checked box or be slide button. The layout of meds stuff is confusing and thus painful to review and use.
It's not working . Tried ordering my meds and working even calling i get the run around !!!
This is a great app. Simple and very convenient. Helpful reminders too, if you need them. Works very well on android phone & tablet.
Rarely works. Numerous errors all the time.
There is one med that shows in my list, but when you go to refill, is not under the refill list, or the not ready to refill. Very frustrating when you need to refill.
Not available in my area. I downloaded this to see if it works better than the Kaiser app for refilling meds. Very disappointed ☹️

My credit card info was taken by Google, when obviously given to pay Kaiser. Instructions to remove dont work.
One more half-baked app from Kaiser - very 😥 sad. No dates, no info, no charge history and as a user I don't have a choice.
Doesn't work properly and on the kp app, doesn't let you see the complete screen.
Cannot access servers. Get "Try again" but no luck. Can't exit from abandoned message. I NEED TO UPDATE MY MEDS! Thank you.
Galaxy s21 ultra. Reminders work well when they don't freeze up. Emptying the cache doesn't seem to work. I usually have to dump all the data. Today I can't even get to the setting to turn off biometrics. The app just freezes and then I have to close it. Would be nice to get a fix for this so I don't have dump my data every month or uninstall and reinstall every month.
