It suddenly doesn't work on Android Oreo.
This app/ website has not worked in many months. Please take the option off your automated phone line. Update your services so they are more efficient and useful instead of giving false information. This company is already terrible to begin with yet we all have no choice to succumb to their crappy services. Call them. If u don't get the main office, you will get pushed to the after hours line no matter if it's during business hrs or not. After hr line can only do so much unfortunately.
