My Lawn from Scotts

Great app. Single criticism though. I use a bluetooth keyboard to use apps and when scrolling your app is very slow. most apps can scroll at ok speeds up and down, yours is incredibly difficult with a keyboard. not sure if it is something that can be fixed. thank you

Having difficulty trying to, or may be impossible to, remove products accidentally entered incorrectly. The app also does not let me select the size of bag I used on my yard. Maybe the most important part of the app doesn't work nearly as well as it should.

There has been a major upgrade to this app, and it has seen a wonderful upgrade. The new calendaring features which allow you to specifically select dates for when you watered or applied a product is really nice. A big improvement from the older app which wouldn't let you back-date any activities. It is now much more useful to me for using my Scott's lawn care plan.

New app, loads of problems. After downloading the new app it made me go through building my "custom lawn plan". This is a cool feature of the app... but now it doesn't work, and if you don't do that you can't do anything on the app... so now I cannot access all the instructional videos and product details.

Lost all of my information for prior years. Missing products Scott branded available in my local hardware store, including Scott's own 4 step program- which I purchased for 2022. Can't remove products suggested by the app. Also cannot unskip a step if you accidentally checked off skip. This is basically a shopping app at this point. The updates for 2022 ruined a good thing. Totally useless.

Just starting out to use this app, popup said it needs an update to fix bugs, did update and opened app. Got to enter address to calculate amount of grass and that worked OK but when it asked for grass type where I don't know as I have multiple types and don't know what they are I chose "unknown" and it froze!!!

App won't let me log in anymore Update: after deleting and reinstalling the app it is working again. Works fine now

Forced me to update, lost my data, and now won't let me set up a new profile. Just spins and spins.

No longer works. I'm not 100% sure when I last launched if it was before or after the most recent app update, but now I just get a spinning circle that never loads.

I used to like this My Lawn, but now the app no longer shows me the application/overview option, so I can not see my previous season's applications. The app only shows the items they currently want me to apply. I contacted Scott's for help, and although very pleasant customer service, the only suggestion was to Uninstall then reinstall, and that did not work. Almost useless to me if I can't go back and review previous seasons, especially since I want to start working my backyard now.

Do not trust this company any longer. Especially products relating to their apps. They let customers buy their sprinkler system controller from department stores and Amazon right up until the time they shut down the app, leaving everyone high and dry, literally. They claim they told all their users about this. I certainly did not receive one. Check out their other app, Gro Connect for more details.

App login is hard broken! Forces one to use Facebook and then the Facebook login doesn't work either. If you're going to put out an app, at least test it first. Garbage! Concept is great...application is junk!

At least the last version worked. This version gets stuck on asking me what kind of grass I have. Never brings up the options; just sets there spinning.

Can't log in! Keeps telling me that there is a problem with the system! Would be nice to log on so I can adjust and change my subscription with your company!

This new version is not as good as the last one. No rainfall check, and it is telling me I need 4 applications on the same day. And not the product for my particular grass.

It's pretty cool. As someone with a lawn that is green, but could be greener I wish they included a good time to put down seed. This app seems to be all about crabgrass, and weed control, and fertilizing

Rainfall totals are not consistently updated sometimes taking weeks to register. Not all Scott's products listed for application.

The new version doesnt remember my old plans. I also am not able to set them up again as the "Continue" button doesn't work. Had to just set them up on my computer. App is useless to me now. Too bad.

Helpful when the app works. After latest update, app is in infinite loading loop.

The app is very helpful but it deletes all lawn settings and application history during each update.

Updating my previous comment. Emailed the developer and they responded within minutes with a solution that worked. Back to 5* and to use an app I love.

Easy to use and even gives you weather updates

I have been using this app for a few years now. I have one of the best yards in the neighborhood. People always asking what I am doing. I just point them to this app here. 10 stars!!!!

Lurv it! It certainly takes the guesswork out of it. Not only does it give you professional advice on what to do And when to do it but it also provides you a very easy way to purchase and a fantastic way of documenting . I love the part of the app in which it identifies how much product you need. I also love the aspect of taking the quiz and surveying exactly which product I need most for the problem areas.
