Really horrible experience The app not getting started. I tried to set new password for which on pressing "forgot password" OTP was sent after more than 30 minutes when it was of no use. The refreshing wheel keeps on spinning indefinitely irritating you. So better to remove the app and do transactions through website of LIC
Worst app and worst user experience. I have been trying to register from past 3 days and not able to get one success message. During login it says weird network error. Otp will come after 1 hour and still trying to access my policy but no success. Very bad experience overall.
Very worst app. No difference between Previous lic customer app and this one. Both Not at all working. Always Showing error in network. Lic should not put its own customers into trouble.
Useless app. After installing this app and open, it redirects to other apps based on if you are customer or sales or want to pay premium. What other apps call menu options, this app makes you instal separate app for each option to. Where do these govt agencies get their designers and developers. 🤦🏻♂️. Instead just advertise the actual app directly.
Trying to pay my LIC premium, but this app doesn't find my records at all. Every time I fill my data, it says that the records are not matching. Finally I find it better to uninstall this bakwas app
On launch showing blank page always. Not sure if its network issue or what. Please fix it.
After open app , goes in loading and loading. I installed the app after receiving messages from LIC. After open the app it asks you for the four options. I selected 'Registerd Portal Users' and it goes in loading and loading. If press back button ,it asks me 'Want to exit the application'
It's a app which asks you to download more apps in order to get what you want!! Full on rubbish, government is really backwards in terms of technology. Literally disappointing.
Worst experience ever. I don't know why they are promoting such kinds of apps, LIC is India's biggest insurance company but failed at maintaining the applications. And everytime I try to login it's shows network issue, I don't know why
Useless. Server busy and too many bugs. Captcha did not shown up on forgot password or ID. After downloading MY LIC app asking to download other LIC apps. Too confusing with multiple applications.
Lot of corrections u have to make as per customers requirement. This app takes lot of time to open. Also check revival and late fee. And also check online premium with receipt.
Useless, atleast the earlier app use to login. This one after download and then download the customer one which doesn't work, just syas connecting and later don't connect. Worst product.
LIC launched 4 apps instead of one. i cannot pay my Premium online using apps and website. all are null and void. just go to branch, stand in queue and pay premium.
Worst app.. I have tried to login many times. It simply shows an error "unable to connect to the network try again later".
No use, waste of phone memory. Very funny, this app does have any guidance, no guided navigation. Useless app. Waste of our time and phone memory
Pathetic way of building apps. This is not an app, it's a trigger for other apps. And the worst part is, trigger size is 6mb?? It could have been 100kb at best.
portal is convenient for making payments and reviewing policies . but there is a problem everytime I login, inspite of entering correct userid and password , I get error as userid doesn't match
One of the best pathetic app i ever used... Every time only one error unable to connect to the network and most of the time while login its buffring... Unable to login... LIC Pls Do something..🙏🙏
worst app. unable even to login. every time it is showing network error, try after some time. don't download. waste of space in phone.
Always shows unable to connect. Stop tricking with the customers Deserves NO STAR. And the developers!!! Do you have any capability at all? Why then you don't try to solve problems even after so many negative reviews??
Poor App... Works as slow as their other Apps... No improvements... LIC isn't serious about this... It feels completely untested & just for name sake. The day any of their Apps work.... You start feeling lucky...!
For Registered Customer, it is asking login everytime when you close the app. It should save our credentials once you login. Also, taking more time to get login page & login process
Can't login even after providing a valid MPIN. Always it says- "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later". This is so annoying 🙄
After downloading this app, if I have to download other 4/5 application to know about my policy ,premium etc. Then what is the meaning of downloading this app? Can't you put all in one basket? Why on mobile application also one has to walk to different windows?
Please test all the functions before making it available for end users. When we click on forgot password, app asks for captcha code but the captcha code isn't even visible on the screen. Poor application.
Most worst app.when try to register it says policy is already registered and ask me to go to login option and click forget user id and login id....it is still horrible that after spending 2 hours and contacting portal service by email got nothing.
I believe LIC have wasted lot of money to create this useless app. This app is a disgrace to Android phones. It lacks basic UX experience. Google should not allow developer to publish such useless android apps.
This App is useless, none of the functions of it works properly. I have been trying to make transaction using this app since last 6 months but still this is on the same page, nothing has changed at all. I don't understand why the LIC/creator of this app are not taking this in cognizance and improving the functioning of it despite having several negative feedbacks earlier. I strongly discourage to install it and accupy your mobile space for this useless app.
