The app seems to have improved quite a lot. It is nice to have easy visibility on my balance, GB, minutes. Also did a tariff change today and it went smoothly. For now 5 stars, but I will keep an eye on it and see if there are any surprises ahead.
The new UI is so inconvenient. The links within the app are broken (for example, when you click any link in settings, it takes you to the incorrect section of the app). The reports are close to useless: everything is on one page, categories, which are clearly integers are displayed as floats (sms sent: 25.00, received: 17.00, outgoing calls: 28758.00 etc). I hope the previous be version is still going to be supported.
Doesn't allow to see how many minutes, messages, gigabytes left. Impossible to see balance. Impossible to know what plan you are on. Pointless app.
Everything is fine, but too bad you can't activate services from the app. For instance, for a "Roaming online" service you have to use a USSD code. My tablet does not support these, so I had to insert a SIM card into another phone. Think on adding option to activate services via an app. EDIT: One may activate SOME services, but there's only one "Activate" button, which activates a default package. And if you need non-default package (like 14 days of internet instead of 7) you can't do that.
The widget still glitches ... and do not load automatically! Need to launch the app, then tap on it ! Then it loads! And often it just doesn't! 😐 frustrating The internet connection is stable! But the widget does not even open when i tap it ... after the new update!
The numbers in the new version of widgets are awfully small, almost impossible to read with a quick glance, especially with transparent background (which I prefer much more, then branded backgrounds which just visually clutter the screen)
1. No way to sign in with SMS code, as it's just impossible to get SMS with in a reasonable time! 2. Is it a great deal to code phone number auto-recognition function? 3. When ,at last, U did sign in it appears really baggy and freezing from time to time. Dear devs, kindly take some action on it, that's not serious even for beta version.
An option to top up via Google Pay is not functional. Fix it, please. Update on the developer request: 1. this is not an in-app function, the app just redirects payment to a browser. 2. when I proceed with a browser other than Google Chrome the operation cannot be completed saying "Payment was not completed. Try again later. x" Of course, because as said this is out-of-the-app thing, the issue is of that browser itself. But why at all being in the lifecell app I _must_ depend on any third party app (browser), why not to implement this function as the in-app without any 3d party interactions jeopardizing my security?
Works quite well! Recommended! *Update: this issue has nothing to do with the application but i couldn't find any other way to share my concerns. During the night around 3 AM while i was definitely sleeping i received a message about an SMS package activation i NEVER asked for. How is that?
The app gradually improves, it would be great to see all latest payments and charges (different from regular) in compact one page view. Now one needs to flip through months and look on long confusing list of numbers.
Worst company ever they've added me to expensive plans that i can't cancel and i din't choose to subscrube to. I went to their agency, the guy told me that he canceled the tarrif and he didn't
Serious problem signing in. Most times it logs me out, I try to login again but I can't. Especially when switching accounts. I have uninstalled, cleared my cache but I noticed it's a problem from the app. Now it's acting good maybe tomorrow it will misbehave. This is how it works for me lately
Stupid notifications. Why should I add to my balance before the new billing period while I have twice as much on my account?
The new updated version of the app is a bit worse then previous one, I need to tap more times before I see all megabites or minutes I have. Please return back the old simple UI and UX solution! Thanks
I cant even login. There is always an endless 'continue' which leads to login again. Edit :- Now its working. There is still a problem though. We cant deactivate a service once we activate them.

Hi, the sim used to work until last minute of 2019 , 1 am of 1 jan 2020 i paid the tarifs for the new month, i got charged and notified that my sim should be working now, but it didn't, i reached to your support on telegram and they said that they reported the issue and it should be fixed within 3 days under the request number 987911. Well today is 4 jan and nothing is fixed i even went to one of your shops (biggest one in center) and they were no help, in no way I'm trying to badmouth u...
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra (SM-G988B/DS). All rights granted. After opening application and demo screens I press button Let me in and get Authorization failed. Please try again later. No limit of access setted up. Same behaviour via WiFi and mobile network. App version 4.5.2 Android 11. Problem fixed within 48 hours. Many thank.

The app is good. But, some parts (words) are difficult to understand. It might be better if kept simple and easy to understand.
Good application, but shown charges in Other section are not explainable. It shows charges for two month when the mobile operator says that everything has paid.(application rev.3.2.4). Also, charges are done per 4 weeks cycle, in the application it is stated as monthly.
Crashes just after start. Android 9 (Pixel 2). Cannot manage my lifecell profile and I have to enter password each time (so why on Earth do I need to install this app if it just repeats my.lifecell web-site?)
Selecting balances to be displayed on the home page works after reinstall, however the reinstall has removed all connected (additional) accounts, so they have to be re-added. The rest works for me quite well.
When I check my expenses there are no units of measurement. E.g. I have used 14561978.01 of Internet. What is this? bits? bytes? How should I understand how much internet access left within my prepaid package. This value has to be in Gb and Mb. Same situation with call duration, just a number, with unclear units of measurement, while it has to be hh:mm:ss.
Very intuitive and flashy. Flawless use of the english language. This is especially important for foreign users of a Ukrainian network.
Widget doesn't work. It stopped working about a month ago. Update: One month has passed but nothing has changed. Widget doesn't work still. Upd: Повторю ще раз - місяць пройшов - нічого не змінилося. Зате отримую купу спаму від Лайфу, й через sms, й через push-повідомлення. Якщо так піде далі, буду змушений викинути вашу сімку на смітник. Upd3: Widget was fixed. Everything is fine, thank you!
