My Little Terrarium - Garden Idle

Well structured game...love the classical music and the graphics! Really wish there was a paid version. Hate the ads. Update: Just downloaded again after a year to see if anything has changed, and there are even more ads! I might keep playing for a while because I really enjoyed the game, but the ads aren't even good or interesting! They're just to download Instagram or TickTock --both of which I already have.

Overall a very cute and pleasant app. I downloaded a few days ago and was with the option to skip adds that I had not accepted to play. Soon that luxury disappeared and the adds are becoming rather excessive. Although this isn't a game to stay on for hours on end, if I'm only on it for 5 minutes, I do not want to see several adds in that short space of time.

it's a nice and relaxing game, but has a lot of ads. I'm unsure how you unlock other plants or create epic plants since you need the locked plants to do so. Seems like you just agree to watch ads to unlock hints for all the animals which is kind of annoying. Defeats the purpose of being a stress reducing game if every minute there is an annoying loud ad, not to mention the same ad.

I love the game idea and mechanics, but it just doesn't work sometimes. It doesn't allow me to save and crashes if I move or edit more than 2 plants, and even when I tried moving them little by little, saving each time, it still randomly crashed and all the plants moved back to their original places. Other than that, relaxing, adorable game with fun graphics. Sorry, but I can't play this game until I can properly move my plants :(

Nice calming game. I wish my money built up faster, tho there are plenty of chances to watch ads in order to gain free items or multiply your prize, but the ads are 30secs each, tho you can decline. I just wish i was able to build more of my garden(s) at a time. Also, the instructions aren't in depth. It's mostly trial and error. I had to look it up online to learn how to fish because the instructions it did give are easily misunderstood. (TAP, not TOUCH the screen, and use 3 fingers).

This game is so adorable! Decorating the terrariums is so fun and the art is beautiful. Love the selection of pretty classical music too. Yes, you probably will end up watching quite a few ads to get gold and things, but they have to make money somehow, and you at least have to opt in to watching the ads, they don't just pop up. You can also earn gold through fun little puzzles.

I wish there was more interaction, but if you want a steady visit once a day game this is a good one! It's hard to spend much longer than an hour at a time unless you are consistently watching ads in order to redeem in game items. There are puzzles that you can play to recieve coins which is cool. The game allows you customize each terrarium for different animals however they each have certain needs to it can be limited in some ways.

I really like the plants and animals, both so cute. I like the puzzles, though I wish I could do more a day or have other mini games to play because it does start to feel after awhile like I'm watching a lot of ads and not much else. My only real problem is that the daily gifts my animals give me doesn't work. If I click to just collect them or if I watch the ad to get x5, either way I don't get any gold or earthworms from them.

I love it, very stress-free and easy to play, for a few minutes, as the day goes by. Good options and games and ad use (not pay to play, not ad watch to play). One thing. The typewriter noise from the animals speaking special stuff to you (black text box) doesn't match the theme of the game, consider removing it or changing the text chime away from something so unlike all the other noises in the game.

Love the game, it's cute and has fun mini games. The issue I have and why my review is 4 stars rather than 5 is they app developer needs to fix the ability to exit out of ads once they finish. It's very frustrating when you watch an ad and it won't let you exit out of it once the ad is done. You do not get the reward either. I have stopped trying to get extra items etc because of this issue. I don't know how much longer I will play if it doesn't get fixed.

Cute! Sometimes the X3 button doesn't seem to work for me when I log back in after being away, but other than that I've had no issues. No annoying ads popping up, so that's excellent. (You can choose to watch them for extra items but that's optional.) The animals stories are so heart warming! It takes you a minute to figure out what kind of food they'd like, but it's simple enough. Reccommend this to anyone who loves plant games.

Very calming game! Very pretty and extremely cute! Wish there were more ways to earn coins though. The game is very ad based. Hard to earn coins or food without ads. It's entirely free however, which is great, but the game lacks any other kinds of interaction. Would also love if the animals could have stats to show their preferred food once discovered. Would make it much easier. Being able to view complete inventory would be nice too. Otherwise, it's an alright game but can be way better.

Very Relaxing, Ads Are Well Placed - This game is very cute and sweet. The ads aren't intrusive unless you want to get ahead faster. I love the use of classical music, and would love to see some additions to the plants, colors, animals, and songs. The only negative is some translations aren't complete or correct. Generally, it's not to hard to tell what the intended translation is though.

Would be great to have some sort of "lock in place" option for plants we don't want to accidentally move when rearranging the terrariums, and maybe having more interactive games with the already existing animals to make them less static. Aside from that, I'd say it's a fun soothing game when I want to distract myself for a while and look at pretty plants and animals.

Really fun game, very relaxing and not boring. In the beginning it's a little hard to get into the swing of feeding the animals the right thing, and it should be stated in the game or in a guide that the animals who have special plants don't show up at all unless their plant is 100% grown. A guide to their favorite meals, like maybe a cookbook icon where you can select and make a creature's favorite thing would also be very helpful. But overall I do greatly enjoy this game.

You can play this game without watching ads, but the game tries to throw an ad at you at every turn to get free items or bonus coins. It's tempting to watch the ads to progress faster, but once you start watching all the ads it starts to become a game about watching ads (it would comprise about 90% of your time in the app). I recommend playing it without watching ads. Your progress will be slower, but it is more fun to engage with it that way.

I absolutely adore this game! The pictures are wonderful and cute, and it doesn't force ads on you every other second. You can get by without watching ads for rewards, but ads are helpful. The only small thing is, I wish I didn't have to water the plants every day. Maybe there could be an automatic watering can you could buy. Please add that! (And have it able to turn on or off for automatic)

Very cute and well designed, and soothing to look at. After the initial burst it's slow to earn coins, but it snowballs well. Ads don't interrupt you, you can always choose when to view them and get tangible rewards. I became obsessed with getting all the animals to be my friends. Only complaint is that once you've befriended every animal there's nothing else to the game and I've totally lost interest. Could never make the cat lab work no matter how many plants I had in my inventory.

This is a treat! I love the music, but it's VERY quiet, and the other sounds in the game tend to overwhelm it some. I'd love to see separate volume controls for sounds and music, so you can control it better, and an overall louder soundtrack, since I have to turn the volume nearly all the way up on my device to hear it. The rest of the game is great. I DO wish there was a way to know when to feed your animal visitors, though, like there is to tell you when to water the plants.

I really can't say anything bad about the game. Its relaxing. Ads are optional but help progress. The plants are adorable and rather easy to take care of. Earning new animals & plants keep you locked in and give you something to look forward too. I just wish there was another side game- but the puzzle is fun by itself. Maybe add a matching game, or a side by side difference game? Just a thought. Overall really cute idea.

Relaxing little game to pass time. Perfect for those only have a few minutes a day to check in on progress of game. The ads are not evasive. You choose to watch ads to get other things. My only problem with the game is the size and colors of the in game text. Too small too read. Colors make it difficult to read. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

It's a cute little game but, while the ads are optional, there are a Lot of them. I wish it was possible to do more of doing some sort of actions for rewards or even just waiting around for things instead of going straight to the ad option. I haven't seen many of the animals yet, but the red panda's dialogue is obscure and not very pleasant. Still somehow playing though..

This game is super cute! It's a fun little pick-up-and-put-down game with nice graphics. The daily reward system encourages you to play the game more often as well. I'm only deducting 1 star for the abundance of weird pop-ups that lead to ads, like dandelions and balloons, but unlike most other games you see on the Play Store, you can at least choose whether or not to see the ad, and if you choose not to then the pop-up will disappear. Overall, a fun little game!

Love this app, but it really needs to have more terrarium spaces. Mine are beyond filled, with so many different themes and holiday events. I think there needs to be more spaces, so new things can continue to be added without there being no room. It would also be cool if we could change the brown ground to look green like grass or blue like water, maybe as a deco option.

It's a calm app, pretty nice. The ads after the most recent update are absolutely horrendous. To the point of them disrupting the experience. If you have an ad that takes 5 seconds to close, but rather than closing redirects to another 5 seconds to close page, thats irritating. Having one that takes 10 seconds to close, then 5 more, then rather than closing the ad by clicking the "x," redirects to google play is disgusting. The ads are immediate and invasive.
