I like how straightforward and simple each category is, with the exception of the mood category. It really needs to allow recording of multiple moods per day with an optional brief note with each (other categories have a note option) before it can be helpful to me. With that, it would have pretty much everything I need.

Overall good app, nice to record in real time or manually add a previous hotflash. The only reason I am rating 3 stars is that I cannot see previous day's details and added notes, they disappear every day. I go to trends and I can see a bar graph of current day's hotflash times but nothing else for prior entries other than if the day was average scored as mild, moderate or severe. I was using those notes to identify potential triggers like certain foods, activities, and meds. Disappointing!

This app is a dud. I had to verify my email address on my phone, but the link in the email doesn't work. Couldn't get any further into the app.

The app is ok and good enough for tracking the basics of hot flashes, workouts sleeps. Only allows for 3 meals. And the most frustrating part is you have to be logged in and use data/internet to use. And it WON'T even remember the login and pw. When I am having a hot flash it's halfway over by the time I find the login/pw! This app feels like it is about the developers trying to get data from us more than it is about helping women track their peri-menopause.

Sometimes frustrating. The session times out after a short while, and when I go to record a hot flash, I need to log in again. So I'll log in several times a day. Otherwise okay to record hot flashes and track.

Tired of constantly having to login. I lose recordings and have to deal with the same pop-ups every time. As of yesterday, I can no longer login at all. Can't record anything. Unless this is fixed, I will lose a year's worth of data.

It won't let me enter my date of birth. The box opens and there's no calendar, no place to type a date. The choices are "cancel" or "ok" and if I hit "ok" it records *today* as my date of birth. Wonky. Other than that, I like it so far. Fix the glitch, and I'll update to 5 stars.

I really need this app to work, I need help tracking this stuff. The UX is horrible. It doesnt remember who I am and asks for my DOB to sign in - first of all who does that? Second - for an app supporting 50+ year old women to only provide a full calendar option which means I have to click through 612 months to enter my damn DOB - is insane!! especially while suffering a hotflash trying to log it - after having to do this 3x i give up! Kill me now

I wish it wouldn't log me out. Then I try to record a symptom and I have to go through the login process before I can which is aggravating. Otherwise a great app for keeping track of your symptoms and a good source of info

Not very useful. Good idea but needs work. Period tracking only allows to track for 2 days at a time before it ask if you wish to save this period.

Just downloaded to try and widget looks cool, but nothing happens when i touch it. Please fix. With hot flashes approaching 2x an hour, I'd love to track them!

Super easy to use. Would like it if I could track hotflashes a bit faster.

Can not get past "create a password". I have all requirements, but gives me the message that I do not! Can't use it, if I can't create an account!

I am not impressed that we have to scroll through 48 years of calendars to enter our birthdate. I may be uninstalling because it takes forever to scroll back! Ugh ugh ..

App deletes all data after a few days. No support help. Going to try a pain tracking app instead.

Can't do much unless you pay. Cant even see last weeks stats. No alert that you left it running either.

Deb. B. Nov 26, 2019

I got to use it for 1 day and it won't let me log back in. Verification link doesn't work.

Kit. T. Oct 18, 2019

Looks good but can't go back to read my notes. And I always have to sign in. 👎🏽

Can't connect to the site to verify my email address. (Says site is no longer available 🤷🏽‍♀️)

Reb. M. Dec 29, 2019

It won't let me confirm my email. This seems to be an on going issue with this app.

Uli. C. Jan 22, 2020

Well I saw comments about the email verification but for me works very well I use this app for my mom 😊

A. G. u. Dec 17, 2018

A. G. u. Dec 16, 2018

She. S. Jul 12, 2020

Aal. C. G. Jul 23, 2021

It's not woking!!

It looks promising but there is a problem with recording the start date of my period. It only saves it if you select more than one day. For perimenpausal woman this is no good because our periods can stop and start, can only last a few hours. I started today and can't save it on the Calendar. Tracking diet, mood and symptoms is so good, but no good if we can't also save single days of bleeding. We also can get random spotting which we also want to record.

Just what I was looking for. I've used it now for about three weeks to keep track of my hot flashes. I love that it's in real time and can track the intensity of each one. The only one thing I wish it had was the ability for me to enter a time when I'm recording past hot flashes. There are times when I don't have my phone with me to record an episode, but do know the time it started. With the ability to enter a time there would be more accuracy when charting the flashes. That's the only reason I gave four stars. Other than that it's exactly what I need for what I hope will be a short period of time 😁☹😭🙁😠🤤.
