Cannot Register The user registration screen tells me "Invalid Mobile Number Details" and won't let me go past the first screen. Disappointing but not surprising. UPDATE: I emailed the contact person and received the help I needed. The app works very well and gives me all the information I need to manage my account, pay my bill, etc.
Every time I try to pay my bill it says to enter a valid routing number. I know the one I entered is correct.
Making payments does not work. Says to contact financial institution every single time but works after I call and spend 5 minutes on hold. 🙄🙄

Must still be a project. I cannot get to my account so that I can pay my water bill. Each time I attempt to register, it tells me that I must be using the wrong mobile number. Other registration issues as well. Right idea, just don't have the app working correctly yet. Will try again when an updated app is available. For now, I will have to submit my bill with a check and the USPS.
So this app is very helpful for checking your usage, and keeping track of your previous bills ad what not, but it absolutely does not work for payments, since my account number is only 7digits it tries to force you to have a 8-19 digit account number. everything else works great.
Couldn't use. No pay now button or way to get to next page after entering billing info
I registered online and now use the app with trouble. The bill pay does not work. It says the routing number for my bank is invalid even though it's the same one I use everywhere. Since the bill pay is the main reason for having this app it is an epic fail. Deleting app now and headed to the computer. Notably, the app also showed last month's and current month information mixed together for 30 seconds or so upon opening. Once it did update the information was accurate.
