It needs some improvement on saving details from ,credilec,DStv etc
The app is a good initiative, but it has stability problems, it crushes while in the middle of a transaction, it doesn't save your electricity or TV codes for easy payment. And with the latest upgrade it seems to be getting worse. I really love using the app version but they still need to work on it BIG TIME!
The app now deserves 5 stars, it's now possible to use fingerprint. I'd give it more than 5* if it were possible.
It is very good and it facilitates the m-pesa operations.
I do not recommend for people using two SIM's I think the developer should draw attention the new issue on the new versions. The fact that it's not detecting the sim. If the aim of mpesa is to make things easier, as you say, then you should make it present in the use of this aplication. My cell uses two cards and I used to perform all my transaction through this aplication easily. Now, I am no longer using this aplication for months. Sometimes I go back to check if there's an improvement.
It's really bad.. Since the last updated, I cant access 'Services'. It keeps loading until no more. I uninstalled and now I can't even register into the app. It keeps reporting error 111 saying that my internet connection is bad and try through USSD.
This app is quite useless difficult to set up as it keeps on asking to make sure vodacom sim card and the data are turned on while they are actually turned on very dissapointing for a big entity like Vodacom to throw us with some app that looks like time was not spent on it.
Its a waste of time.it does not work at all .you cant pass the the terms and conditions stage.nomater how much you try. I have downloed twice and trying .why cant you just fix it just in time When i wentthrough other reviews from different people then i realise it the common problem about this app Vodacom Mozambique please dont let us down .fix it now.
Simply works. But rates are quite high.
The demn app is a pain to setup!!! Its keeps giving an error message below over and over. "The app could not retrieve your phone number. Please ensure that you're using a Vodacom SIM Card" Obviously I'm using a Vodacom SIM and on Vodacom 4G network. Please make sure you stress test your apps before advertising and putting junks on playstore/appstore.
Very easy and intuitive to use. Very fast and reliable money transfer and very easy purchase of different vouchers amongst others. The App is very reliable and secure to use.
Since the latest update the app asked me to resubmit my account details, but then doesn't let me get passed the 'accept T&C's' page....So I'm stuck with an app that doesn't work. Reinstalling did not solve the problem.
the app is wonderful, but it shouldn't ask for the pin again while you're in the app and operating. it should only ask for the pin when you open the app. but otherwise it's perfect
The app is great very useful but the only challenge or problem I've faced is when you withdraw cash to agent i once wrote the wrong agent id and the app didn't ask me if I approve the agent ID so my money went directly to wrong agent and that's how I lost my money 🥺🥺 so I'm begging you to improve your app .Thank you 🙏🙏

App can't find my sim card in my phone. It tells me to use a vodacome simcard. I think there are one too many bugs on this app. fix it and make our lives easier
It can't verify my identity. It used to be great before the update. But it lost all data and now it doesn't login. I have to resort to that horrible USSD.
I think you should make the app work for free without charging data connection. Otherwise what would be benefit of using the app. Generally subscribers would prefer to use *111# if you keep on charging data for using the app.
Fingerprint features is a really useful one to this application. You should have mostly all the majors banks included in your app as well.
The app has a bug ...... i am using my data and when i still try to access the app it tells me to switch to data ..... i have uninstalled the app twice and installed it using data bundles .... but still i get that message to switch to Data then access the app
This is nice App, just one think you need to improve: someone send money and it inform me that I teach my anual limit, if this can be showed also on app will be useful and I requested to resolve the problem now I don't know if the problem is resolved or not because doesn't show on App. Disadvantage of that is, sometimes we loose our money and if you know that this account reached annual limit you should supposed to show either on their account that this person will not receive money.
As soon as the application opens, it shows an error message stating please connect to the internet and have a valid number, when I'm connected to wifi with full signal, and active number since some time now.
Of late my application tells me somebody tempered with it and all my details will be deleted, every time I want to send money I have to go through the registration process.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem continues.
I updated my M- pesa application on 5/04/21 but I've been locked out, it's refusing to accept after reading the terms and conditions! I spoke to customer care but nothing has been helpful ! 🙃
Still need some improvements. It crashes or if not its very slow or just not work without data plan. I cant use it to buy my data when there is 0 for data on my account. Its supposed to be free data app
