Until recently liked and used the ap. It is now saying it requires ability to manage phone which is unacceptable. Mercedes Benz has apparently decided they don't want me to use this ap because I will not grant that unnecessary permission.
Ugh it's so awful. It's so slow it's generally quicker to just walk inside and get the fob vs waiting for this app to even launch to unlock the door.
the worst web page ever, never consistant , always updated , just can't seem to get it right the first time.
App is garbage. Needs approval to make phone calls? Not sure why. Even after giving approval, it still won't let me log in. just spins and says please wait.
The app is extremely buggy and many times won't even let me login. Completely unacceptable.

The app was fine, then for some reason it wants the permission to make phone calls. Who knows why, but it certainly isn't needed to login, make a payment and quit. It also started asking for a payment amount even after i tapped onetime payment. And the stay logged in for 120 has never worked.
I like this app just because I have the power to "have access to my personal vehicles information anytime anywhere".!
You would think Mercedes would have a nice and functioning app. This app seriously is disgraceful for such a "high-end brand". It constantly boots me off, says that it's not having any network connection for it to work, supposedly can be logged in for 120 days but I have to login every time I go on the app. How disappointing.
This new app does not work and will lock you out upon required re registration and MBFS cannot seem to unlock.... hmmm
I hope yall know if you dont work for Mercedes Benz financial you cant use this because it's for those who work there

Terrible application. I cannot access my account!!
Not for or against, i'vent tried all features so I can't comment; I'm able to lock & unlock my car but can't remote start, app keeps saying all doors or windows aren't rolled all the way up or locked but it is.
I won't waste the time you've no doubt already wasted trying to login to the app. POS.
Of course this MB app works as advertised because it takes your money every month but not their MB Me app which I use everyday. Pathetic overall for the price I spent on features like autostart, geolocations sent to my car and trying to find top rated accommodations.
