Just installed it and tried to log in. Got this message: A connection to the server cannot be established. Please try again later. Also, they charge a 4.9% convenience fee. What? Credit card fees are 2.9% plus .30 per transaction, and debit cards are only .35 fee with my credit card processing company. This organization is marking up 100%!!!! Dont waste your time folks. Pay cash at the school. There is no fee. Also, if you look at all the reviews on here, many state the same connection problems.
I may update this review. I downloaded the app but when I try to access I get a message that there is a connection error. If I go in using Chrome I can connect mo problem.
This app KEEPS crashing! I can't even open it! If I could give zero stars I would! I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
Very convenient, it rarely crashes for me, so all of you rating it 1 star, that's your phone. Not the app it's self.

School offered this program but now my daughter will be attending a different school that does not use this program. We just put the bare minimum amount in there. Is there a way we can get that money sent back to the card? Or do we have to ask the school for it?

Will not log in
Tried to sign in with the same username and password I used online, both I was told were invalid. So I used the same user/pass to sign in through a browser and they worked. Not through the app though. Not sure what's up with that. Online works, so I see no problem sticking with it.
This is much more beneficial on an app. Very easy to use and much faster.
Crashes on start up on HTC U11. Reboot didn't help.
Really helpfull app.
the app is convenient but has some minor U/I issues. the main account balance screen does not reflect the current balance and has no "refresh". When I recieve an email notification, with a low balance the app usually shows the last deposit balance and not the current after- use balance. I've gone into all the menu options and can't get a current balance.
