Just downloaded the app. No facility to edit any details eg mobile number in spite of a useless "edit" button. Poor security. No option for biometric login and 4 digit PIN. The online Web access isn't much better with an allocated 8 digit password and no option to change. Come on NHS in these cyber dangerous times. If you don't know about cyber security talk to the NCSC. App deleted.
The 'new data entered' won't let me use the right marker to see more detail so I don't know the actual data. The appointments page is very out of date so I can't see it there. Going onto the website via a PC and browser let's me see it. The app is running on a Samsung S7 tablet running Android 11. Just tried it on my phone after downloading and seems to work there.
Useless. App worked fine before I received an email saying app has been updated go to Google store to download. Now can't get beyond front page and just get Oops sorry there appears to be an error on this page. Don't waste your time downloading it.
Worked one time only, now reaches splash screen and locks up. Unacceptable quality, when dealing with something as sensitive as patient records. In effect, you are dealing with data as precious as bank records, for the app to flat out not work is a total egg on your face moment. Whoever is lead dev for this project, should hang their head in shame. There are far too many poor reviews for the Southampton NHS Trust to allow this project to continue. My suggestion is to either rollback to the previous version which seemed more stable from other comments, this will give you breathing room to rewrite. The way I see it, failure to act immediately, means that few people will use the service. App uninstalled. Will try it again when fixed.
Easy to understand find everything I want to know my appointments are easy to look
App worked fine when I first installed it, then it updated and now can't access any of my records, bit of a waste of time really, only tells you appointments and results
Downloaded app won't open, won't go pass the first page can't login to it. Have now been trying for 3 days to get the app downloaded and still nothing.Still trying to get this app to start still nothing.
The app is very basic. You cant really view any documents on the app itself but you can go on the website to see all documents
Okay on the whole but not good when there are 2 different users on 2 different My Medical Records.
Much simpler and easier to find and view my last clinic letters now. Nice to see all my appointments on my phone.
No appointments, no blood results and latest info is from at least 3 years ago. Can't really see the point of it
Great app, but you need to be under treatment to register (obs for security reasons).
Obviously you need a record with UHS to use it, but the new app July 21 is very slick
Was great, now if you log out you have to start all over from beginning.

Can anyone logout from the latest app for android? I can't find a way of doing this 😫

Previously used this app and felt it was good, however, I then had serious problems trying to login; going round and round in circles constantly going back to 'Get Started' page. I then decided to update the app as I thought I have nothing to lose (usually wait for a number of reviews posted before doing so). Hey presto! Straight in with either the NHS app or this one. :-)
