Very bad connection. Cannot handle sound and video. Claims it is used by other software, but at the same time skype, google, teams, zoom, webex work. Also when connecting, the software makes an annoying sound, like a 1900s phone.
After the latest update the 'Video call' and 'Audio call' (through app) are sometimes grayed out. Dial-in doesn't always work. Please fix.
Doesn't seem to work with wireless headphones - audio still routes thorough the phone speaker and can't be switched. On Android 12. Please fix.
It just works. Bad on bandwidth management but you cannot fix what is broken.
If using guest PIN to join a meeting you can still see icon for participant list on app, does not happen in web version. Please fix.
Very frustrating 😕 not at all clear, keeps asking for password which I had not been asked to create, then says Reset , which resets email NOT password ???
A small bug: the application also download the bar code scanner app also and if you delete the barcode app, main app also gets deleted
Loving the Videxio platform and the app just provides that little extra.

I am able to use it only once to connect to meeting and then stops working and have to reinstall
It worked okay on my last phone although the lock feature seemed difficult for my doctor to figure out as people have dropped in on my appointments and this is a huge privacy issue. However, I've recently updated to a Samsung S21 Ultra and the app is unusable. There's an audio disturbance that keeps me from hearing my doctor and pexip support will not get back to me. I'm forced to use this app by our health region and am missing appointments because I cannot hear. Terrible company...
