I would like the option to be able to transfer funds from this account to other institutions. I have accounts at other CU's. One of them has that function. Especially during Covid19 it has come in handy. Other than that, the app works just fine! I do like the option to make payments to my auto loan in the app and transfer funds between accounts within Mid Carolina.
I love having everything in one place and many of the other features here. You also can't go wrong dealing with Mid Carolina Credit Union
Great app! I like the ease of use and integration with my phone. It has really good security features too! I wish it had a dark mode to match my phones day/ night screen mode. I've been using it a month now and excellent app experience so far!
I would give it 5 stars if I could see a breakdown of the amounts subtracted from the available balance. I always have to figure out which creditor or bill has been taken out of my account. I know I can see it on the full website but it will be nice to see it on the app.
Solid app, easy to use can setup fingerprint to login which is very convenient. Simple UI with everything you need to see & not filled with all the stuff you don't need. Good app & good bank💵
Great app and very user friendly
Very basic and and lack option to view as it would on desktop. No tool, calculator, loan options ect. works well for basics though.
I cant get the app to open on my phone.I have reinstalled the app several times and it still want come up..I see other customers are having the same problem..Please fix so I can get into my app..
saves me time and keeps up with expenses. However I would like to be able to make transfers to other accounts, like my daughter, my grandson's savings acc. I really do like the MMCU app.
quick and easy to use my only thing is I wish they had a security measure where you can use your Android fingerprint scan to bypass the password but in time I'm sure that will work out
Loved the app until the latest update. Now it is unusable. Can't even log in. Contacted developer a while back with no response. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
What is up with this app?I just upgraded to the new Galaxy S22 and now this app doesn't work. This app was pretty easy to use when it was working.
my mobile app wont come up I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling idk what is wrong it didn't start doing that till the update please fix it so I can log in to my app.
Love this spp. I can do everything I want to on here without leaving leaving the house or work. **Update** Now it won't even open and I've reinstalled twice now and still nothing. Aggravating....
Makes keeping up with my money easy. Can see at a glance, what is what. Have been using it for a few years now.
This app is easy to use but I don't like user name and saved password being saved even though I didn't save it.

Why haven't you updated the app. I've got the lastest new Motorola E phone and I'm having a hard time with the app to open I've never had any problem till now

App stop working bank says I'm not locked out but when I try to use app it says it stopped working guess I'll have to change banks

The app has stopped working, I think I reported it about a month ago and it still doesn't work otherwise I would give 5 stars
The app is really helpful I don't have to drive all the way to the bank to move money. Very convient.
every time I go in there there always friendly fast and always a pleasure to deal with.
needs to get bill pay the only thing u can do is transfer money internally and get over draft protection.
This app is extremely convenient and easy to use. Only negative is that it has been crashing a lot recently and takes over 20 times of opening it before it works. Hope this gets fixed soon.
