My MilkCrate
Use this app to earn points for your social and environmental impact. Like the desktop version, you can access and earn points for engaging with thousands of local, sustainable businesses, events and services. Use the mobile app to get the additional benefit of earning points by checking in to the businesses you visit.
MilkCrate for Communities is only accessible by downloading this free app. Sign in using your approved registration information. This information is the same username and password you created after being invited to MilkCrate for Communities by email or via a registration link.
Non-premium users who do not have access to MilkCrate for Communities will still be able to access some My MilkCrate content. They will not have access to the weekly challenges, social feed, points or rewards. MilkCrate makes it easy and rewarding to record the sustainable actions I was already incorporating into my days, and it also brings me new ideas for how to lead a more sustainable life.
I live in Worcester, an hour from Boston, and there isn't much near me on this app. I'm going to stick with Yelp and forget about sustainability standards.

Best app ever!
I love the idea, but I was really disappointed that only a few places are represented. I was asked to pick one of three possible cities to search, none of which I am anywhere near. Perhaps there was an unapparent solution, but such did not seem to be the case. I would be glad to try it again should it expand to include the Midwestern states.
This app is a great way to motivate me to adapt sustainable practices. It rewarded me with points for doing small sustainable acts like walking or cycling instead of taking a cab. Moreover it connects me to a large base of sustainable business in Philadelphia area and keeps me posted about any upcoming events related to sustainability in the city. Keep up the good work!
