Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services available exclusively on the Eclipse Cross that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote door lock/unlock, climate control, horn, lights, vehicle settings, car finder, and parental controls. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

So many bugs in this app... I wanted remote start & was sold on starting the vehicle from the app... Well, it rarely works. App is constantly logging me out. I've had several failed attempts to start the vehicle, and get an error code that I need to start the car in person because I've had more than three remote starts (not true). Most recently got a remote start failure message, yet when I walked outside, the car was running. I can't even trust locking and unlocking the car actually works.

This is easily one of the worst apps I used on my phone. Remote start doesn't work all the time. The app takes so much time to connect and remote start the car. I would rather go to garage and start the car myself. Doesn't work with google assistant which they claim they do. Outlander doesn't have garage buttons then why the heck is myQ a paid service ? I don't have anything positive to say here.

This app sucks. I'd rather just have remote start on my key fob but it's locked behind this "app" paywall. Why am I paying a yearly fee for an option my car is already equipped with?? This app doesn't work most of the time. It loads and fails to load, stays in loading screen for 10 mins or more, says my car has been strated 3 times yet I never did, sometimes it doesn't even let me log in. I just want a key fob with remote start already.

Can't believe they charge for this once my trial is up that's it app has always been super slow!!! Now after "bug fixes" verifying my password logs me but then it can't gather cars data. This never happened before. My password is correct bc I tried a wrong one and got a different incorrect password message.

I'm ready to get rid of my Mitsubishi all together and I just got it. The app fails almost every time I try to start the vehicle or it shows that my vehicle has started and it hasn't. I can't even use the app to unlock my door. It NEVER works! Hunk of junk!

It'll start my 2022 Outlander 50% of the time but it'll notify me that the starting the engine was successful 100% of the time. I'm guessing the trim level of your Outlander determines how many features you'll have access to on the app?.?. Controlling the a/c, heat, and defrost from the app would be ideal. Vehicle locator made to find vehicle if and only if the vehicle is located one mile from where you are seems pointless.

I like having it, but I find there are a few issues. I've had two situations where the remote starter stopped worker to which I had to call them to fix it. But... honestly... if you have the option to get a regular car starter over this.... I would. It's convenient... when it works. Otherwise a pass.

More misses than hits with this app. I think the remote start has worked twice out of 50 attempts. Nothing works. If the dealership hadn't offered the 1st 2 years free I would have canceled before letting a payment hit my account.

I gave the app a 2 star cos starting the car is a painful process. It takes a long time to start, and more than 80% of the time it doesn't work. Secondly, I just need the app to start the car and other features are not useful to me as it comes with my auto insurance. So unbundling the package will drive more usuage

Where do I start, I bought the 2022 Outlander GT & since it is the highest trim pkg it automatically chooses the cabin temp for me on remote start & there isn't even an option to increase/decrease it. The app is plagued with bugs. When I choose remote start the app hangs on "processing request" yet the vehicle is indeed on. But it'll turn off the vehicle & actually confirm that part through the app. In cab defrost won't come on after 2nd start so auto mirrors stay frozen to car & much morešŸ¤¬

I've only had this app for a few days and it already is only working half the time. I live in a cold climate and having a remote start sounded like a great perk! But this is less than helpful when it only works here and there. It also takes a significantly long time to load which is cumbersome and honestly annoying.

Remote start not reliable. And we live in a state where winters and cold weather is brutul. Please fix the issue. 1/4/22: Again. Wouldn't start. Manually started the engine for a minute and turned it off. Tried app again. Same message. You need a backup way to remote start. Can it be done via the main site? Geez

The app is OK. It's fine a long way. But Please please please move the Remote Start Engine to the Basic package. I simply can't afford $239/yr to start my car. I really can't afford $99. But it's Winter. Mitsubishi callously doesn't offer a key fob, and it's just plain unfair. Please do this. It's unfair to charge annually to start the car anyway. It's extremely frustrating watching someone start less advanced vehicles with the push of as button. If you care about human kindness... Please!

App isn't bad remote start does not always work, which is probably the main reason people use the app so having that at 100% is important. Other services of the app seem to work and offer some convenience. I would like to see an option for a scheduled remote start similar to what Ford offers on their Fordpass app.

Been using the app for 2 months now... the remote start fails more often than it works. Does anyone know if it can be connected to Google voice assistant? Update. Been another couple of months and still works horribly. Even with a solid 4G signal the remote start fails time after time.

App isn't the best. The first few months was great, now it logs me out ALLLLL time. The remote start when it does work take forever to work. I literally have to walk outside to make it work. Currently nothing on the app works. I have to walk out in the cold to start car. And the cheap keyfob has no button on it for me to push to start the car. I suggest you work on this app a little . I have an android and it works wonders with everything else.

app is horrible. I would say 75% of the time it does not work. it will say either it's not connected or "you have already started it 3 times" when it was your first time trying to start it! I would give this 0 stars but it doesn't give you that option. I would just like my starter connected to my FOB

Extremely slow and unreliable. While better than nothing for a remote starter, the steps necessary and the amount of time for each step is ludicrous. Also, why include being able to open my garage door with myQ if it takes me more steps and a longer time to do so that is I just use the myQ app?

Horrible app the remote start feature does not work. It's always the same message that it's failed and I've tried more than 3 times. Good thing it was a free 24 months trial and that I didn't pay for it. If it doesn't get fixed I won't be renewing it.

It takes so long for requests to be completed. The remote start barely works without having to go in and out of the app multiple times. I will not be paying $228 a year to pay for an app that works once in awhile. Need major improvements.

App has progressed well. Biometrics should be used instead of PIN for remote start. Minimally the PIN should not be displayed in giant red numbers. Also, remote start doesn't work if car isn't locked. Remote start should lock car first and then start if that's the case or at least notify that is why a remote start fails.

This app is definitely not worth it. It works maybe like 30% of the time. Once trial is up will definitely not be renewing it. Whats the point of having to pay like $200 when the app doesn't even work properly and I will still have to go outside and start my truck. It will be like throwing away my money.

I've had this app for about 6 months now, the first 3 were pretty great. But now that it's between -4 and 20 degrees it does not like to work. I have Uninstalled thus app 3 times now. Let's just say once my free period is over I will not be paying for the service. I will just do what I do now and go out and start my car. Very disappointed

the idea is near, but the app can be glitchy and slow to act. it takes me longer to use the app that it would to just run out and start the car most of the time. success rate is about 50/50

The app is constantly telling me it can't start my vehicle because it was already done that day three times before. Not true at all. I start my vehicle from the app once and only in the morning before work. Once the free trial runs out I am not continuing with the app.
