App does not work. Put in zip code for fairport NY and the results were 2 houses in Florida. Tried to do other searches with similar results
Apparently there are no listings in Massachusetts. No filter applied.

Realtors.com is much more up to date and cell phone friendly. Not an easy way to do a quick search. Should also be able to share listings with all contacts in phone and not just those saved in the mls. To name a few issues
Doesn't search, very poorly programmed app
Very unreliable when with clients and need to pull listings on the spot. Search criteria periodically doesn't apply, search near me doesn't bring up active listings! What good is that?! Only shows my current listings, but not current sales. Overall app is very sluggish and can use some immediate programming improvements.
Very sluggish loading the listings. Not showing all active properties with correct search criteria set.
Unreliable, slow to load. Listing do not pop up. Menu is cumbersome. Embarrassing that my client can pull information quicker than I can on Zillow app. I've had to go back to using Zillow when on my phone.

90% of the time i use it, For the most part, it shows no listing. i try a different area or zip code and it shows no listing available. all i have checked in filters are single family homes and price range. when i use the PC version it shows tons of listings within the same area and filters checked off.
