Just obtained my phone and I haven't had the time to do any of the apps or explore the options available to me yet. I just got another serrano pepper phone and I am really sorry for the purchase, the battery life on this phone is really shi**y, I paid full price for the phone that I purchased in December and I just got another serrano pepper phone in the mail on May 4th and it is worse than the one I got, the customer service representative said it was better than the last one and he charged me

I just read the reviews on My Mobile Account and they were all very bad reviews myself I can't even get my Number ported because they issue with password or pin well change both of them and still can't get my Number ported I think I try to get a different service because I got health problems I just done need to go though all of that I would do without a phone before I go though this again Paul Holleman

Use of app is not intuitive, phone reports that the app has stopped because it has a bug that the developer needs to fix & update.

Tells you the basics... Well, kind of. Doesn't ever show the text usage, no matter how long you wait. Also, calls and data take forever to catch up to what your phone's settings shows you. In my opinion, you may be better off just keeping track of your usage via settings and call/text logs on your phone.

Horrible!! It constantly tells me the email and password don't match. Even if I change the password. I've never been able to log in to this app... Ever!!! I've contacted customer support and got no reply. I have no trouble with the service, except the voicemail should be updated. But the service is good. But this app is garbage

This app is almost completely useless. I've had very little issues with QLink service. Perhaps it's because i live in a large city (Dallas)? I often wonder if the people who have issues live in rural areas, are just old, or possibly not technically savvy. So far I'm glad for the SIM/T-Mobile update. My data isn't as fast, but it doesn't randomly cut off as it did with the old (Sprint) SIM.

For quite awhile, i cannot update ANY apps on this phone.Not even your app. i am getting frustrated with this, because it often hangs up or drops most of my calls! PS:. I now have to recharge it at least twice every day. It doesn't hold a charge for more than six hours. I have an SD card in it, but using that doesn't give me enough room to work with. Still, i am not able to update any apps!

Qlink my phone is not working properly it's always using all the data up when I don't have any apps down loaded,I make a as few phone calls as possible a month and text when I have to, I can't use my alarm clock on my phone anymore and some times I don't get hear the phone ring or get a call. I have been a customer for along time and the phones are not getting any better.

The storage and adds bother me the most. Everytime I get on a new app an add appears and it's very time consuming and really not needed. There is no storage to begin with,most of it is filled with apps you can't uninstall and you can only download about 3 to 4 apps and that's if you don't have any photos. Why I'm writing this review is because I can't get into Qlink Zone because it needs the update but it won't let me update it. I need help

I downloaded the app and when I went in to the app it kept showing a button that said "try again". (I hadn't tried anything yet, so thats weird, right off the bat!) When I clicked it, a message said "login failed try again" or something close to that.. So, I'm sorry to say, but it was a complete fail. The developers could be working on it right now or maybe it's just this moment being launched. IDK, but for now..it's got some issues...I'll hope for the best & "try again" another day. thank you!

I'm very happy with the service. The main issue for me is a personal one. I'm deaf, therefore I need data. I wished there's a plan for trading 500-800 calling min to get an extra 500Mb-1Gb of data. I always run out about a week or so before it refreshes. It's frustrating to be without data. It's how I make calls (relay app). And I wished my phone had more storage. I know, for the most part, I shouldn't complain since it's free. I do pay the extra $10/mo for an extra Gig of data.

States it is a "log in bux fix", which is absolutely ludicrous. Since the "update", now I cannot log in to my account at all on any device and it isn't recognized. At least I still have the service. I appreciate the free cell phone service but the phone is absolutely terrible, it crashes when online every several minutes and will not hang up on calls and drops them. People have told me they have tried to make contact the calls don't go through. I wanted to buy another phone and use it with the service but that sounds dicey too.

This phone comes with so many pre-loaded and unnecessary apps that cannot be deleted so there is no storage space to add any apps I would actually want to use. Of course I could PAY for more space on my "free"phone! My first phone's screen froze for good after only 4 months, then I had to pay for this one. This screen also freezes on a regular basis. I have to call voicemail every day because there's no notification for it, it even the incoming call isn't logged. I'm very dissatisfied.

Not good. It works ok for the first week or so then it slows and even after the renew date it still won't work. Constantly drops calls and doesn't connect to internet while on a call. The internet net has not been working since it was supposed to renew/refresh data. It is not reliable. I constantly have missed calls that are from people saying they get sent straight to voicemail. No way to speak to someone in the phone.

I haven't had any issues other then the data drop for internet. Then realized sometimes when I connect to Wi-Fi, I might have to turn it off and restart the phone. Problem fixed every time to reconnect to the 4g data. I'm constantly changing phones due to testing for work and haven't had any problems getting my sim to work on any of the 50+ phones I've used the same sim card on. I appreciate your service! Sorry to see so many others having issues.

I've had this for almost 2 yrs. It is glitchy at times, like not opening pages that I try to connect to or occasionally it will shut down & restart on its own. I think quicklink runs some kind of snooping program in the background cuz sometimes it uses a LOT of battery. But even with that, ITS FREE. Seriously, beggars can't be choosy! And this freaking Hot Pepper phone is a tough SOB. I'm disabled and I drop the poor thing regularly. And it keeps on going, not even scratched up!For the price💛😁

I had trouble at first when I brought my own phone to the plan. The original smartphone wasn't very smart. Terrible would be an understatement. I read that several people had trouble after receiving a sim card. I experienced the same problem after putting it in my own phone. It kept saying error and wouldn't recognize the new phone with my qlink number. I'd bought the phone through metro pcs a couple years ago. Turned out that I had to unlock the phone even though it hadn't been used in awhile.

I can hardly ever use my phone unless I am near WiFi. Coverage is horrible, the free phone is ok but if you are sight impaired, it’s very hard to use. Wish it was a different carrier. Have called support a few times, useless, doesn’t help coverage. Just trying to get someone to answer the phone is next to impossible, phone prompts continue and continue! That’s not good customer service!

I am VERY upset with all the bloatware found on this phone from the get go. Plus, I connect to my home wifi and as long as I don't leave the settings page, I stay connected to the wifi. But should I leave and go to Play store to update my apps, the wifi I immediately dropped. Uon reopening the settings, it says the wifi is disabled, then quickly changes to disconnected... I reconnect and the same happens AGAIN... However, this time, I SEE THE BUTTON MOVE TO OFF ON IT'S OWN! To sell more data.!.

The main thing that bugs me is the fact that if you're playing a game & someone calls you it takes a long time for the answer slide to show up so you can answer it. Also the storage space is very limited & the apps I don't even use suck up my data quick it's irritating but it's free so I shouldn't expect perfection right??

App doesn't work when it doesn't recognize your phone number. Then it gives me 3 options to recover it, screen only shows option 1 & option 2, I need option 3 can't even scroll to that option. Yes, it's updated, yes I have uninstalled it & reinstalled it, yes I have called technical support but it doesn't do any good unless you enjoy sitting on hold for more than 4 hours. You can request a call back, which I've done twice. That was two weeks ago & I still haven't gotten a callback 👿🤬😠

it's launcher is always not working, it's almost impossible to get more than a bar on the phone for data but and is awful inside when there is no way to use wi fi just data. It might be free but barely works. only messages are easy to use but not get. And they sell your number to everyone who has something to sell. Download apps you don't want or ask for.

It's irritating that the app doesn't work on WiFi. It won't connect to the app when I try to log in when using WiFi. I try to connect to check my balance and usage frequently and I keep getting the message that the app is unable to connect because there is no connection even though I'm on a secure WiFi connection. Plus there are way too many pop-ups when I actually am able to connect with the app. I feel like I should go and purchase a new phone and plan with an entirely different company.

Pretty terrible App. I've achieved decent performance with the service. I mean it uses TMobile's network so you can expect decent service as long as it works. But this app is very poorly written. It constantly asks me to turn on wi Fi and even if I tell it I don't allow, or disable notifications completely, it still keeps popping up and bothering me about enabling wi Fi. I finally just uninstalled it, since it doesn't do much but let you view how much data and minutes you've used.

Barely have data. Works when it wants to. Can't text , barely make phone calls. Not worth it ! Very frustrating ! I don't have your free data. I'm always roaming! I sent multiple emails to your tech support nothing ever happens. I constantly get emails wanting me to confirm my account activity. If it would work I could use it.

Qlik sent me a new sim card. I followed all the instructions. I can not use my Wi-Fi, it just saves it and I cannot connect with Bluetooth. I have been so frustrated. And I have been unable to pair my phone with my computer. Then there was the temporary phone number given to me. And they had to transfer my phone number - which was already a Qlik phone # This app is supposed to connect to hot spots etc. I talked to a person on chat line. That was mostly a waste of my time. I am still frustrated and angry.

I was having trouble with very slow data. Spoke with many people no one seem to be able to help me I.T. guy told me I would have to buy a new phone. So I decided to sleep on it before purchasing a phone. I turned my data off on my phone. Woke up the next morning couple hours later turn the data on and everything runs perfectly. I have no idea what happened. I have not re-downloaded this app. Do not see the point when I have unlimited everything.
