After a year of working, it has crashed and tells me, Verify Apps is not enabled and I must turn this on before it will work again on my Galaxy Note 9. I've looked through settings and can't figure this out. I emailed the address on the Playstore for this app, but it was returned as undeliverable. Got a voicemail when I called the number.

if you get the "Verify apps" message, newer versions of Android don't call it this so you will never find this setting. it has.been renamed Google Play Protect. It can be found by going into Setting and searching for Google. Enter Google, then Security, then Google Play Protect and turn it on. would rate higher if the error message would have been accurate for my version of Android.

This is a terrible app! It makes you change passwords alot and declines purchases for no reason. When you call your bank they may be, or may not, be able to assist you without issues with this app. When it declines purchases it doesn't leave information for the bank to know why the decline happened. If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't waste your time with this app!!

This is the worst mobile banking app I've used. The delay in updating information is insane. You can not rely on the available balance or deposits posting. The only thing thats even close to real time is debits. It will tell you the password is incorrect, even though it is correct but will not accept any password when trying to reset. After being locked out for days it takes the original password. I'm considering changing banks only because I rely so heavily on online banking accuracy.

Please make this app mobile friendly. When attempting to reset my password, i have to write the security code down because switching from my email app to this app will completely erase what I've typed. It won't allow me to paste anything either. Also, a suspicious activity alert is nice, but make it easier to authorize or give someone more precise instructions on how to do so. Took me forever to realize I had to go directly to messages and authorize from there. This app has been frustrating.

The app is slow, I like the log in feature but that's is... I got my debit card stolen. Ordered another on thru the app, it never came or was ordered until I called the bank... And then after that my balance never changed my card wasn't linked to my bank balance... and led me to believe I had more than I really had in the account. Worst banking app ever!. P.S I closed my account just because of this

I love the instant alerts! I do wish I was able to transfer money from savings to checking. I love that they notify me every transaction that happens with my card. I like that I have an option to chose if a charge is fraudulent or not! Great app.

so many bugs and issues that it's not worth the trouble. I've had login problems, doesn't always give you accurate account numbers, and now it tells me Server Unreachable Try Again Later. I can't go to help because it wants me to log in, but I can't log in because there's apparently no service. Ugh!

Enable error ruined the app. I really enjoyed being able to see every transaction my card made and the ability to turn the card off if it got lost, but it no longer works. No use in having an app that doesn't work, so it's been deleted. Fix it please.

Works great to lock and unlock card, but the account balance quit updating. It has said I have $12 in my account for the last year or so. Thought about uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that resolves the issue. Pretty disappointed in this app. :-(

the app never reflect a true picture of the activity or acct balance. it sometimes takes up to 48 hours for it to reflect the actual activity from two days ago. it also does not give you the ability to look at any recent activity over a day old on the app, which makes the app almost useless.

Only giving two stars because I enjoyed getting alerts as soon as you made purchases. I haven't been able to open the app anymore because "Verify Apps" needs to be enabled? Also my account balance rarely would update. Before not being able to open the app, it was around 2 weeks since my account balance was updated.

I did not have an issue with the verified appa until the fix for it came through. I figured it out from another review. The app works but it has stopped notifying me of purchases. I have the notification turned on. I need this feature!

I have no idea how this app is other than that I cannot open it at all to even sign in as it asks to make sure an option called "Verify Apps" (which is now Google Play Protect) is on, which it is, and it has never been turned off since ive had my Tmobile Galaxy S8+ on android 9.0 Pie! THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED AT SOME POINT PLEASE! Its easy to see you devs have been mainly focusing on the iOS version, and this leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Okay so I did as Elan with financial services for the app suggested and those settings were already set. So I attempted to login and it would not accept my. It was a great app until it decline my card when the funds was there. It asked me to go to my play store and turn on my play protect which it was already turned on and now my bank said to download the app again that it is working again and I done so and get the same thing. It's not working. I have a Android phone.

i love this app, however i ordered a "free with shippinh" item, the company then decided to repeat the order at $90+ when i saw it pending i flagged all automated payments and it went thru anyway. 😪 now gotta fight with the company. This app would have five stars if it would have stopped that transaction.

I have to constantly push the refresh button to get the true amount thats in my account and it takes forever if it does it at all this kind of app is supposed to do the work for you and keep you from having to go to an atm for balance inquiries beware you may not have in your account what the app says you do it does tell you your transactions as soon as they are made so you know where your money is going and are insured that they only took out the amount you agreed to

Does not work at all. Will only accept required special character at beginning of password, the simply fails on login. Trying to reset the password, and it fails every time, no reason given. I can only conclude that this is some type of scam company that my bank has contacted with.

Very difficult to gain access to my account. has happened on multiple occasions where I've had to reset my password to get in, answered all the questions correctly, was able to reset password, and then put in New password just to be told the New password was wrong as well.

I like it very convenient and gives good description of what charges. I like the lock card feature if lost or stolen and I like guves their address and phone numbers too Only thing i had figure out qas the circle out of 2 blue arrows is for a automatic account update hope this helps

I really like it. Especially when I saw a charge coming through that was not mine. I selected the fraud option and they called me and took care if it for me. My bank already new about it when I contacted them.
