Can't register ... The app is dumb! In 2018 I could not register..uninstalled 2019 the same problem I have a working ATM Card My Bank Account is valid and active I receive notifications when I do a transfer through Mobile Money But... this app says my mobile number and account is not registered with the Bank...so so dump!
So I lost my access code, was asked to contact a staff. He says he's worked on it but I still can't go through registration cos they say my number and code for registration is wrong. But that's a lie!! 😞
Bad App. Waste of time downloaded this junk app. I can't register. You can't do anything with the app
Clearly, the app needs a lot of work! In this era of internet/mobile banking this app should be able to perform its intended functions. Otherwise, what's the point?
Anytime i try to register it tells me the number or the last four digits of the ATM I entered is not correct but is the same number i used to open the my money account
This app is incomplete...Even when am purchasing credit..The app just stops. .Its crazy

Why dont you connect the side to mobile money? I think that is tje only effect left

Why can't get any access on the instant loan.If u request they will tell u,u ve not requested for a loan before so u are not qualify ...wack

I can't register with the app. Initially I thought I was the only one with this issue but I just noticed I'm not alone. Myriads of customers have this same problem. I would have given them a zero star if that were an option. How could you possibly create an app that would be this useless?
