I have been trying to sort out my Monopoly board for two days now and three devices and still no further. The app just crashes all the time, and when using a pc it won't upload the photos. Can't find a contact number to sort the problem out just seems a big waste of money.
After buying the board game for my son we was looking forward to setting it up but this app is useless I created a account but the app logs you out every time you close it. And it not always uploads the pictures and only works again when I sign out and back in. Guess I shouldn't expect much as the website is even worse.
I would give this a negative rating if I could. Bought the board game for my kids and the app does not work nor does the website. So now I have a game that can't be used. I get error msgs whenever I try. I have tried from others phones and computers and still no access. Pathetic. Sad for my kids who were so excited. Costumer help was no help at all as they said "hmm we are having no problems with the site or app...must be your Internet provider..." Um no.
I have a very disappointed daughter! I got her my monopoly for xmas and we have been trying to set it up since then. Neither the app nor the website work. Customer service responded with maybe the site was overloaded but everything is fine so keep trying. WHAT A JOKE!
If I'd have known you cant print from an Android device or apple (apart from air printers) i wouldnt of bothered. The app needs updating and allowing to use the same image twice easier other than saving then re saving each time.
Never thought Hasbro would be running a scam. I'm sure they tried to make a good app but when it sucked they must have just decided to charge for it and never offer a refund. They must have figured that by the time people realize it's a scam they will be off with the money. Good job hasbro my portfolio looks great.
I installed this app to play monopoly and its set up so that once you have given all the necessary personal info to play, you can't until you add a photo. I don't want to add any photos so now they have all my info and I'm uninstalling. Stupid app. Done.
First, this app asked for too much PI. Why does it need my DOB? Why do I need an account at all? It does work on my Note 8. But, it could use some polishing. I have hundreds of pics on my device. Having to scroll thru them all is inefficient and just stupid. The app should use Gallery or other image viewing app on your device like QuickPic to navigate through images. Also, it doesn't recognize that my device can print wirelessly, so it makes me print from my PC.
Got a few of these board games for family members for Christmas. Spent a lot of time sorting out pics for each family. Got ready to load and at first would only load 20 out of the 30 pics required for the stickers. First, why wouldn't they allow for 30? Finally got them to load but I had to keep switching from my phone app to the website app in order to get it to happen. Then finally I got pics in there. Now when I go to move them to the sticker page, the app crops them randomly. Unfortunately, I can't
Won't let you so anything without selecting photos and even when you do there is no way to continue onto the next scree. Just stays in album. This game is obviously very flawed so don't waste your time
It worked! Just xD. After reading all the harsh reviews I feared the worst. The website isn't great, crashes sometimes (just re-login), but I managed to upload everything I needed. *ensure your pics are low res below 10mb otherwise it won't take them* and print! The stickers weren't 100% exactly in line but it did the job. I've put 4 stars to counter act the other low scores. It should be 2 stars really because don't use this app! Instead, get the pics you need on your laptop and use the website ;)
ok i like that you can print it off and stuff but first its so hard to actually get the hang of it and next it allows the game to give your photos to other people out of country so... I wish i could give this 0
Wish it would load since I just bought the board game and the point is to customize it. REALLY wish I had seen the reviews of their app before I bought the board game and opened it. Can't return it now.
...says the latest "what's new" for this app. I would put a lot of money on the app not being finished. In fact I'd say the design, coding, testing and deployment phases of a decent development project are waiting to be finished. Waterfall or agile the development of this app is an embarrassment to all involved in the project, especially the project management team. I'd give you specific examples but there are way too many for here. It's now four weeks since Christmas and my kids still can't use this game!
*Edit* I HAVE MADE A TEMPLATE which with a bit of playing around with resizing it in Photoshop or Word you can create your game pieces! When I manage to get it online I'll post the link. I really wish I'd looked at the reviews before I bought the game!! >:( What a complete waste of time! The website doesn't work, the app doesn't work! Going round in circles trying to log in! Was really looking forward to doing this with the kids - No chance! Trawling the internet just in case someone has listed a downloadable template I can use in Photoshop! Look like I'll have to measure the sheet and try and go from there. I got the board game at a discount, but even if I got it free it wouldn't have been worth it!
This app installed, but that's it. Signing up with facebook details crashes the app on two devices. Cannot sign up manually as the email address is already known via a facebook login. Truly terrible.
It won't let me sign in. I have tried and tried. Its really messed up fix this s*it now
Ridiculous that printing not supported on by far the largest platform. I suppose ios users have to pay for it.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating. My son got this as a gift. I can't get the app to work OR the website on our PC.
So, i bought the board game, got this app so i could customize the game...Took HOURS to get the photos to upload (still, many wouldn't), then they don't print out in line with the squares on the sticker-paper you're given, so they all look pretty bad. The little card things they stick on do not fit the slots on the board so fall out at the slightest nudge. I've spent all evening trying to prepare the game to play, it's worse than when i started, and i now don't want to play. Just stick to normal monopoly.
I downloaded this cap I've logged in through fb done everything it said uploaded pics and now I can't even get to play the game why
Slow to log in. Constantly crashing. Deleting images. Total waste of time. It has taken longer to attempt to set it up than the actual game and I am still no nearer completing it.
Well if you have a cat's not on Facebook then you can't William do anything because I never create an account or who is an account on Facebook so I'm not all peace out.
Mr. App developer what you made here is completely useless. Not only is this the worlds worst app, but also completely non functioning. The remedial elements of this app are so worthless, we're all dumber having downloaded it. I award this app no stars, and may God have mercy on your soul.
