Super frustrating!!! I've got to log in once and start adding information, now it will not accept my user email or password. It seems to be common error by looking at other reviews. I want to use this - but now I can't.....
FRUSTRATION. I ignored the negative reviews because I bought the developers assurances that it has been updated to resolve the issues at signup and sign-in. After 7 attempts to create an account it still tells me "invalid credentials," so my rating is NEGATIVE TEN STARS; I gave one only to leave a review. Pity, it looks like it could have been exactly what we all desperately need. UNINSTALLING and recommending others not to bother.
I logged in a new account. Saw positive aspects. Cant list all of my supplement ms meds....meh then the 2nd day it wouldn't let me log in and said I didn't exist. Frustrating for this glitch much less to log in each time. My stupid games auto log in .... I erased the app after that which stinks as it had potential.
WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY! First day journal entry saved, second day, "failed to save." Tried multiple times, same result. I spent probably an hour altogether on this app, only to lose half my data...I'm ANGRY! 😡
I couldn't even get past the registration stage. This app has to be the worst ever! Do yourself a favor and don't bother downloading. UPDATE I try and complete the registration and put all required information but it comes back invalid.
Uninstalling as I write this review. 👎I literally just created a MSAA account and logged in. Downloaded this app and it doesn't ask for user name it asks for my email, I put it in and it says my email doesn't exist! I figured people were just leaving bad reviews..... no such luck, very disappointed! *not interested in emailing anyone!!!!!
Could still use some more work. One catagory doesn't describe what it's checking, another part does not appear to work correctly. This could be a beneficial app with more work;)
Entered info several times to register, then entered diary and symptoms. when i returned to login the app asked me to reregister! what a waste of time and energy! fix your app!
I would love to try this app but adding my birth date is too difficult. I can't find a place to type the year. I have to go back one month at a time. I was born in 1959, it would take a long time to find it.
What a waste. Trying to create an account and it keeps telling me invalid log in credentials. Sorry i wasted my time
everytime I log in and go to settings, the app just closes. dont know if I will continue trying again
Refused to accept my email address. I got enough of that when it took me four years to get a diagnosis.
I can keep up with medical issues I can tell my doctor
It is a waste of time and won't let me change my symptoms.

so I installed the original one then the upgrade. tried to create an account, it aid login failed. I guess I'll try to create the acct on the original one and see if that works, otherwise it's a great idea but follow through Web design peeps. So fast forward 3 yrs later and I still can't create an account. That's a shame. I really need an app like this. Not trying for a 3rd time. So my takeaway on this? Not worth my time, I will keep looking for a MS app that fits my needs.
It's great until I try to log in again and it tells me I don't exist and too register again. I registered 3 times. :( Fix that and the app is great.
I tried to install this app but the birthday used a calendar so I'm not able to enter my dob without pushing the back button through every month for 61 yrs... Not going to happen. I tried to use an age over 18 and it defaulted the entry to the current date. I tried the number listed for help and no such extension.. I guess it wasn't meant for me to use this app..m I tried 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣
Sadly most of this didn't work for me. Wouldn't allow me to log in after registering, I know this is US app, but hoped it would recognise UK address.

Enjoyed for about two weeks now every time I try to log on it says my "email and password do not match our records." Great that personal info I entered is now "nonexistent" out in cyberspace. Would be a fantastic app if it weren't for this - which must be a serious problem because I ignored other's reviews of this problem when I downloaded it. Very disappointing that after all these negative reviews with the issue it still has obviously not been solved. Guess it is back to good ol' pen and paper.
I quite like this app but the exacerbation option is not working. Application stop everytime I click the exacerbation button. Also, I wish I don't have to enter my password everytime I log in.
I had to increase my font because the MS has affected my vision. I cannot access some of the areas in the app because it can't scroll to the areas not in view. They should be able to fix this.
Out of nowhere it stopped taking my password and no way to change it. This is very frustrating that I have no information to show my doctor. I used this everyday until recently. Can someone help me so all won't be lost?
Scrolled back through the years over 500 times to get to my DOB when creating an account, entered all my info, then hit done. Took me to the login page and it says I don't exist. Uninstalled the app. This seemed like a good app to have, but it is pretty useless.
