This App's networking tool is not working at all. Emails within the App are not working (emails are not being delivered, we tested) and the whole Networking tab within the app is appearing and disappearing within the app. Even after re-installing. When it was working, swarch options are very limited, and the only way to search is by exact company name. That's not helpful at all!
Constant need to download new (useless) data after lauching the app. You should give the option to users to avoid that because we dont necessarily care about schedule or whatever other part of the app. Also, please re-work on your blast push notifications. They should be bettter quality/more targeted
Even after deinstalling and freshly installing it again, it is not possible to see the networking feature. It also doesn't work for us in the browser. And where is the option for the digital pass?
It doesn't allow to register via LinkedIn Account? Is it payable for a member ship? It does not help
crashes all the time. searching for exhibitors under function or vendors under product category is very difficult. not easy to browse vendors and see what they do.
Reset my own multiple times and not able to log in.

The app crashes every time its opened. Very bad experience just 2 days before the event, when the use of app is very crucial
Got an update, updated the app and now it won't let me use the app as it says I didn't update the app. Click to update the app and there's no option to update... Because I'd already done it. I have to uninstall and go back to the version before for it to work.
map is loading kind of slow, but works. but syncing bookings that were made on website does not work.
when i open it shows a message saying "Please upgrade to receive latest status updates". i uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still see the same. pathetic...
pathetic app on android. unable to get the login option as well. dont this somebody tested the app. sorry if this is the situation of worlds largest event talking about digital world.
Messaging remains an issue
I cannot read messages, I get notifications that people are writing me, try to open messages but it doesn't work

latest update goes in a loop. its a shame that GSMA cannot build a decent app. evert year its a failure .

TBH, for a world tech event in 2019 the app UX feels like 2009... App should help the user (1) plan and (2) enjoy a great event experience. RIght now, 1 week before the event, I feel unable to efficiently plan my stay at the show. I mean, is there a map showing all the exhibitors booth and especially my favorite one, so I can optimize my movements and slide from 1 exhibitor to another in this huge buildings??
