Bad application with super slow to start up and not user friendly , I still don't know how to log in without sign up whilst no other telecom doesn't request for sign up ! Sighs
good connection service than others telecommunication. But now, their data are more less and less. Please Give better services and excellent connection to your lovely customer. Thus, you can be the good leader the area of telecommunication in myanmar. That is my suggestion.

Shake page shows not enough memory on my phone Redmi note3 and I can't shake until now. Previous shakes are easily done with this phone. Please repair this bug.
Very very bad app. It didn't connect to server and lost communication. All luckydraw are invalid. α α±α¬ααΊαα―αΆαΈααα―ααα»αα²α· ααα―ααΊαα²
This is good app design for customer, we liked it because it easy to use and more comfortable than other operators app. One more thing is Mytel have many promotion for voice and data package

Shake again need to readjust or something. It glitches and no fireworks explode nor show what I got is wish or Score. Fix it.it does not glitch when I installed it yesterday but it glitches today.
I've spent my money with it but it took so much internet!!And it can't transfer money in the app.You have to dial some numbers and it can't connect.Please improve it
I love this phone operator called "Mytel" because of their services for customers are so wonderful and amazing performance.It looks back the customers who are poor workers and simple condition user.Finally,I wanna to say that is I love and proud for "Mytel Operator".I wish you can get more successful than the other operator that are "Telenor","MPT",and "Ooredoo". This is ridiculous. The app keeps crashing by itself and keeps saying 'Servers are busy'. Can y'all fix this?
MyTel App's awesome 4 subscribers.But i believing 2 chang Ui interface, especially sub category "Package" where's displaying buttons 4 subscribe & chice.i really loving MyTel App whatever don't changes user interface : )
low level functions, incomplete functions such as scanner for qr code is not include. always saying busy and have to wait to do any operation

Too many system errors. Sometime can't check balance,data etc. Should fix application.
i cant create an account. i cant login. I cant receive one time password. nothing worked for me. i just wanted to know how much data I have left.

After has installed and register user a and pass almost couldn't login to this app it got issues and auto transfer to other software.
We cann't seen from Apps for voice call package and Bonus Minutes or Data or SMS. I'm only request this case. Thank You

Call center is useless, they can't help you nothing. Even, top up bill is not arriving in phone, they can't help you

i cant open this app using mytel 4G sim card with mid-range android smart phone. very bad tech team. shame on u.
i really don't have any Idea that they cut my balance even though I have bought 5GB package.Thats really not right.l hope you fix this as soon as possible.

Never get promp service,verification code is always lag,not easy to use and always waste my bill.
when using shake, application is stop and quit. customer detail is last month changed but now old data is showing. mobile data is not good. slow connection. when application is open, should be refresh again.
